As someone who is gradually losing my sight - i'm legally blind and will lose it completely in a few years, I get a lot of hate for appreciating vocal talent and not being a 'stan' towards popular, pretty, or on trend groups (I won't name them but majority will know who). This rendition made me bawl my eyes out, absolutely beautiful.
The fact that these women stood there and expressed all the feelings with their heavenly voices, made me rethink my whole life. Seriously, they are ARTISTS and I would love to hear them live....

I gotta admit that watching them perform this song live and seeing moonbyul just standing still and quiet through most of it makes me feel kinda sad, as she has said before that this situation used to make her feel very insecure... I love her part and also wish it was longer! And if they really couldn't include more Moonbyul verses, I think having her do some backing vocals and harmonies would sound incredible, her lower range and singing style fit very well with this kinda vibe too. I rly don't understand why she didn't have a bigger participation in this song. :(
Agreed! I think Byul’s voice would sound great in harmonies - she sings really well. I don’t get why she doesn’t get more singing time honestly, not just in terms of melody lines but also harmonisation. Some of the parts in the song could really use some lower harmonies to match the depth and expansiveness of the instrumentation and melodic structure.
Even though as a fan, I expect greatness from Mamamoo, each time they deliver a masterpiece performance like this, I'm still in awe. The way they sound...it makes you marvel at the abilities of humans like them because no performance could even be engineered better. It is such a privilege to hear such vocal performances that they deliver regularly. And Solar - each live performance further elevates my worship of that voice of hers in my heart. It is majestic and celestial. Truly mind-blowing.

There are so many areas in which Mamamoo excels, but when they perform like this, it is so clear that singing with their soul is their vocation and destiny. I love all of their voices, especially Solar's. There is such a resonance and smooth quality to her high notes and a soothing warm quality to her harmonization.
