Update, it’s 8-3-2023 and I just got my final letter from Wells Fargo over the deposit and it was researched and resolved in my favor.

My Wells Fargo ATM is over by Scheels.

That is ridiculous, at our bank Pinnacle, they just count the ATM money the next day & problem is solved if they are long. I don't use the ATM for cash deposits, I use the drop box by the drive thru window, it's built into the building, put the cash & deposit slip in the envelope they provide at the drop box, or my own envelope from home, been doing that for 20+ yrs, never had one issue!

Anything more than $50 will get an in person drop off.
