Awesome, you did a good job on that bro. Have to do the same to my F100, scares the crap out of me...never done it before. Thank you for sharing...from South AFRICA
Hey really nice job! I got a Hudson has a similar problem, rust hole somehow in the centre of the roof panel then that allowed water to run down the underside of the roof to rot out near the drip rail. I'll be doing something similar but would be great to see how you made that piece before you put weld-through primer on.

Thanks for the update! Nice repair!
Thanks
So how does weld on primer work when the welding process burns it off?
Good looking job I'm hunting a 66 or older cab and title do you know of one to buy
I will keep an eye out.
Great repair. Looking for someone to repair the same problem on my truck. Where r u located?
Looks good
Thanks
Nice job with that. You have some good fab skills. Why is the windshield and rear window out?~Pat
The windshield was cracked, replacing that, also replacing the seal on the rear window, and probably get a rear window with tint.
I own a 1965 Ford f100 also and it still amazes me it being such a comen problem why dont they make and repair panels
It would be nice if they made a replacement roof panel for these trucks. It’s a very common problem.
👍
That’s a lot of work in 3 1/2 minutes
It was a productive evening, not really this all to like a week, but there were days I could only work on it for 30 minutes or so.
