i play apex and just got into this. on some things I might agree. But i think apex's problem is its hard for new players to learn the game. Because the ranks do not split the community into skill groups. Its just a freeforall with noobs and pros mixed together and its super try hardy and annoying. This finals seems well made, physics seem well thought out and game modes seem fun. Im yet to play enough to judge the match making system. but if its better than apex (which should be easy) then imo its a better game. :D
shroud has been playing fps games for years him hearing that guy outside is completley normal for someone with his expirience deff not sus or cheating just impressive game sense and reaction

I get a message saying I need to update my GPU drivers, that the game won't work.. you press okay and the game loads right up LOL I'm on a 1080 ti ftw3 and I get around 100 fps with custom settings

Personally I think there's pretty simple solutions to improve upon the Battle Royale system. But then again... I'm the guy who'll see two people arguing about pizza toppings and be the only one to think of just getting it half and half. I tend to see simple, obvious (to me), solutions to problems that others miss for whatever reason. Just different brain wirings I guess. The problem is a big Battle Royales basically guarantees a corporate company publishing it. Of course there are exceptions like 8Bit Battle, but in general the company isn't trying their hardest to make the best game possible. They want the most profit possible. If that means cutting corners or exploiting/manipulating their own customers to squeeze every cent they can... they'll do it. We want better games? We need people less worried about profit and more about creating a masterpiece. Indie development is the way to go if you're passionate about it. Don't join a corporate team even if the pay is better. They'll consider you basically a slave.

It’s not the most serious thing but you should update your drivers it’s super easy to do and you could be missing out on performance due to it
