This is a great point -- no mention at all about sexual harassment until the complaint was filed. Wouldn't a husband who would berate someone over talking about his wife's weight just destroy someone who literally harassed his wife??

Lie. She has a complaint and not a documentary claim to the court. Because she understands that she has to state the facts in the claim, and she doesn't have them. They didn't sign anything, she wanted them to sign, they refused.
@@isthisthekrustykrab4558 those things that she’s claiming are awful. But how can you believe anything they put in the document when there’s proof that there’s lies there? Is that all it takes for it to change your opinion someone making a statement without making any research? Is that what it takes to go viral?
10:39 yeah…that is not actually what his lawsuit says about wanting to bury her. You might want to go look a tad closer on when he included the entire text exchange because it’s like totally different.
I wish people would stop pretending Blake showed evidence. The only thing she showed is altered and taken out of context text that when shown in full not only says the opposite of what she claimed it said, but in one case, called her a liar and a psychopath. That's not evidence that actually supports anything. Justin's lawyers put out receipts galore and specific promises of more, Blake's lawyers basically said, Justin putting out evidence that shows Blake lied shows what a bad guy he is. Seriously?
I wish you'd quit popping up on every comment's thread LYING about the evidence. IF it was altered and out of context, you also have to believe steph jones did it. and that would be about fifty felonies. that's a lot of risk to take out an emoji that literally everybody knows can't be rendered by forensic software and are commonly edited in transcripts. AND then also the FACT that baldoni own text messages are wildly edited and even photoshopped. look at the profile of this user everybody. this is a troll EMPLOYED by baldoni and they WILL NOT respond with a cogent argument.
I wish you'd stop showing up in every thread with your year old bot account LYING about baldoni. Baldoni's texts from his co conspirators are not nearly as useful as exercise as his many, many, lies and admissions are. abel said lively made 2 hr complaints then she also said she made no HR complaints. they can't both be true, so she's a liar. Baldoni said Lively's allegations are completely made up. so then why did he have to lie about her calling the video p*rn if she made it up? The video exists. so, she obviously did not make that up. same with his LIE about her wearing a shirt and therefore not being topless. when her actual allegation was a completely separate incident. thereby confirming that she ALSO didn;t make up the fact that meetings were held while breastfeeding. you all would very much like us to do the jury's job and decide if these events are SH or nor, but we KNOW that the claims they never happened, is a LIE. and that's PROVEN by baldoni's own filings.
The texts where he and his PR team discuss how they're gonna bury her and how they need to use what happened to Hailey Bieber as an example were not altered.
In this world there’s people that believe anything. BL can come out on video and say, “I lied,” and people are going to say that it wasn’t BL or that she was coerced into doing it or some crap, or that it was a clone 😂 Some people just want to be delusional.
I like the evidence Blake presented where she edited out that it was stated that Justin didn't do it and that she herself was called a psycho by her own team
yeah. none of that happened. Steph jones would have had to commit multiple felonies to modify the texts, and we know lively didn't do it because jhones filed those very same texts in her suit. and... you know it's not like Baldoni's team called him arrogant and pompus. while he ACTUALLY edited his texts with multiple different versions of the same conversation.
@TheJunkFarm not true. the younger lily giving such a glowing review of her experience with him??? that’s so beautiful honestly and i don’t know what could have happened in between that time and now that could change her mind and make her side with Blake. they have to answer for that change.
Maybe she gave a glowing review because he is a man who had more power than her? Bad mouthing the director of a big project you’re apart of is not a smart career move
@ seems like she really went out of her way to do so. unless she was threatened by him it makes no sense for her to do that. it would be suspicious if she comes forward now stating otherwise after growing closer to BL.
@@pidginenglish based on what’s come out about Blakes actions and lies, you don’t think the logical conclusion is this actress was approached by Blake…who has more power and influence in the industry (on her own and by virtue of her husband and friends) than her and Justin?

She didn't have to talk about the wonderful and safe environment he provided, especially after the fact.
for God's sake, Blake's evidence has been debunked many times!! Justin has the hard evidence! Read the context of those text messages in her complaint in Justin's lawsuit! So if Justin felt "uncomfortable" during an intimate scene with her, could he have in theory sued her? This is crazy. We're talking about a grownup professional actor on a set of movie about DV. Discomfort is part of her job if she ever felt that in the first place!
Exactly. It’s ludicrous that she’d say both sides have compelling evidence and write Justin off as having a “better story”. Um , what? His complaint is loaded with evidence that demonstrates that she lied on multiple accounts, with more promised to be exposed. Is Blake’s compelling evidence in the room?
Her evidence wasn't debunked… there are simply statements that now have more context (but still not the full context) She made some allegations that include witness corroboration. Did you read her entire lawsuit? There are still quite a few parts that Justin hasn't addressed at all. I did read Justin’s $400 million lawsuit because it is such a good read but it doesn't address every single one of her allegations. It’s all such a huge mess and I don't even know why I am so invested😫😆
@ the thing is, the burden of proof is on the accuser. She has failed to provide actual proof that would substantiate any of her claims. Meanwhile, ***Justin has loads of proof that flat out prove Blake grossly misrepresented and flat out lied about numerous events in her claim***. And he’s not even done yet. He’s got video and audio footage that directly refutes other claims - being mostly nude during the birth scene, him telling her she smelled good, etc. I don’t see how anyone continues to believe Blake when she has already been proven to be a liar on multiple accounts. All Personality issues aside.
10:23 Read her lawsuit yourself, she's provided text messages & screenshots and contrary to what's being spread online many of these messages have not been debunked or altered. Ex - the texts where Justin & his PR team talk about burying her or that text where Justin uses a twitter thread of people trashing Hailey Bieber to give an example of what needs to be done to Blake on Twitter or that other text where he hesitates and asks his team if the smear campaign is not going too far.
I feel like all i see from her are alot of accusations and edited texts...he's already released unedited versions that show she was purposely skewing the info. The more he releases, and the things he says he has still to release, makes his belief that she was trying to bully her way into the takeover of HIS movie very realistic. And then seeing Ryan's nicepool...ugh, I'm feeling second hand embarrassment for Ryan looking like a high school bully. Great video, great take on all this drama! I'm not one to fangirl over any celebrity, including ryan and blake, and i didn't even know who justin was until all this...but i really hate to see powerful people be ugly to others.
Exactly… when you look at what Blake side consistently leaves out of her “evidence” you see that it automatically completely changed is the nature of what she’s saying. It is unbelievable the level of completely being out of touch… like when she demanded through WME that Baldoni and his production company put out a statement that nothing is Blake‘s fault and it was all them just shows how out of touch she is, and the fact that she seriously cannot grasp that people were reacting to her own actions (plus as someone who had the unfortunate opportunity to try her hair care line which, from the beginning just from the promotional pictures, people were saying, her hair look dry and unhealthy, and I can tell you it’s absolutely true. My hair looked way down, frizzy, look like you had it, washed it in over a month, and even worse, right out of the shower my scalp felt really dirty and unclean not to mention there was this rather off putting chemically undertone that was really pervasive and just didn’t really go away. I made it four days before I just tossed it… not to mention the packaging were I mean rather nice culturally but when put in use, they are just awful… then there was the fact that she named a signature drink for her “booze line“ named after a domestic violence abuser as well as other aspects of the movie and characters). I also completely get why other members of the cast is supporting Blake, especially considering she got that guy Brandon his last name starts with an S a new higher powered agent (hers) and an interview was claiming that he would make a great next Batman…(sidenote how cringe is it that in that “promo” with Ryan Reynolds for Deadpool and wolverine where he’s basically sexually harassing this Brandon guy with that little skit about his ass). The more and more that I see come out about Blakes claims the less and less I believe her. As a woman who is a gRape survivor it infuriates me when women use these type of claims as a way to get something they want. It’s actually her that is showing the abusive behaviors.
Can you point out where did he truly change the meaning of the texts when he provided the “additional context”? Every attempt I saw of this is very weak and could still be interpreted as BL intended. Most of the “tampered texts” accusations can be easily explained by the fact her complaint had a forensic extraction opposed to screenshots. But maybe I missed something? Every time I review claim vs claim and analyzed it objectively looking only at the facts it just seems there’s not enough information to make an informed opinion, just narratives and carefully selected texts by each team.
@@ikeakarose omg yes! I have been actually SH/SA and this just feels sick! And YES, that interview was so cringe and I couldn’t even finish it. People are allowed to make mistakes, but we should also admit when we’re in the wrong.
literally everything he's said in his cases, confirms her story. AND. his side makes no sense, IF you believe him. they were 'forced' to agree to her terms and rewrite her contract? they did nothing wrong, but then the video exists? she didn't make that up. therefore her complaining about it was legit regardless of if their 'reason' for it is right or wrong. and then lastly, the steph jones of it all. he WAS in fact violating several contracts and LYING just to employ abel. literally everything they blame lively for, could have just as easilly and more likely been done by Steph jones. accusing RR of firing him from WME is just comically dumb when he pissed off a partner at WME by screwing over the guys wife.
Great analysis. I also think Blake was lonely and bored in her marriage. She falls for her co stars, and she felt rejected when he showed no interest in her sexual advances.
I’m rocking with Justin Baldoni. I don’t for a second believe that Blake Lively is a victim in this situation. 🤷🏼♀️ she’s always given mean girl vibes, and I think that she and her very famous husband and friend(s) formulated a plan to try to drag Justin because of all the backlash. She’s a spoiled brat who was told no and didn’t like it. End of story.
This is the info I wish Emily D Baker had when she talked about his case, cause she sounded more bias than I’ve ever heard her be. At first I thought it was just me but the comments I read also agree, plus I’ve watched other lawyers cover the same case and they interpret the lawsuit the same way I’m seeing it.
She had a motive to scheme this all up. Motive was power and money. So much evidence to prove that she would (along with Ryan - a man) make up or exaggerate SH claims to repair her image and to get control of the book franchise. If I was a juror I would not be convinced anything JB did or said truly rises to SH against her, which in turn any actions by PR team or him was NOT retaliation but standard PR strategizing conversations. Period. If anyone still believes Blake 100% must not have ever been betrayed by people or someone you thought genuinely cared about you or was at least an honest/decent person. Also this is Hollywood, not a corporate office setting… Hollywood is diabolical, Justin has never ran in these Mega famous circles before. Poor guy never stood a chance!
10:40 You're referr to the smear com. messages presented by Blake do make her version seem sort of believable... JB's attorneys completely debunked that because of context. The messages he submitted clearly reflect that BL tampered/selectively-choosen messages to make her version believable. JB "over" compensated, trying to please BL. After listening to a 4 hour long potcast (Popcorned Planet), where they worked through JB's 179 pg lawsuit, I can't see how Blakes version is true or even misunderstood It sounds very much calculated. The question is, who is the master brain behind all of this. Reminder - RR completely took over Deadpool.
I mean, JB definitely tried to disprove her text messages but their arguments were not that strong. None of the texts where they provided “context” actually changed in meaning after adding the extra messages, most of them were just transitioning onto to other conversations. There’s no evidence of tampering either because it’s reasonable that the texts may look different when they come from a phone extraction instead of screenshots so until they provide more details on the extraction, we can’t know if the texts they claimed were “doctored” (emojis and reactions not included) or just don’t look the same because they are two different things. I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions just yet because all the evidence provided to date can be interpreted in different ways and could still match either narrative. It’s just too soon and anyone claiming to know who’s lying and who isn’t at this point is just either biased or heavily influenced by PR.
@@alexandrajqr popcorned planet is straight up propaganda and bias. it doesn't take 4 hours to debunk his claims. watch anything from Ophie Dokie or expatriarch
@@alexandrajqr Justin’s arguments were incredibly strong. They show that Blake lied in her assertions. His evidence debunked every bit of “evidence” Blake pit out. And he has audio and video footage coming. What has Blake provided to date that is still standing?
Another point about Blake rewriting the script, Justin has said Blake did not read the book before shooting started. Had she read the book at this point when she was undertaking a rewrite of the script? It is one thing to have an idea about how a some subplot or chapter in a story could go, but it may give an entirely different result if you understand the overall context of the story. Obviously, I am commenting a layperson who knows nothing but what she reads and hears on the internet, but my impression is that Blake and Ryan are, at best, somewhat clueless and overly confident in their assumption of how much say Blake as an actress should have over a production, and at worst, mean-spirited and arrogant because they viewed the director (who had found the book and bought the rights!) as someone below them in status and power. He can be treated with casual disregard. What other actress would demand, after having signed on as an actress, to have the title of producer for purposes of being recognized for formal accreditation? It seems a bit nervy, at least from my perch as a layman. I am sorry to see the role Taylor Swift is pictured to be playing, and I hope that picture changes. I admit, I have drunk the Taylor-aid and admire her greatly. This behavior, if true as is being pictured, is so disappointing. However, realistically, I recognize that Taylor is powerful and, while I am not sure of exactly how she could wield her power on Baldoni, I would advise him to keep her name out of his mouth as much as possible. A strategic move rather than one driven by principle.
You are very well spoken KJ, not even in just the words you choose but the inflection you use. I wish I could describe this better but I really enjoy hearing you talk. You make information, easy to understand.
I disagree. I think him bringing Taylor into it is brilliant. I think it makes Taylor look bad, but only because of how Blake refers to her as basically her pet dragon. Blake dragged her into it & used her star power. It’s embarrassing. Also wouldnt a husband lose it if she was being sexually harassed even more so than weight shaming. Blake is getting caught up in her own lies and manipulation.
The other serious manipulation is that part where she talks about how she doesn’t stand up for herself and therefore doesn’t get credit for her contributions while Taylor and Ryan dgaf. The one significant difference, Taylor and Ryan are, presumably, staying in their own lane and maximizing the benefit. Blake on the other hand, is far exceeding her role here and trying to bully her way into being both the writer and director. That is very different from being excellent in your own space and wanting to get full credit for it. Not to mention, she later admits that Ryan wrote the whole scene anyway. KJ, I always really appreciate your business insights. I would love to hear you speak about what true collaboration looks like vs this difunctional version of collaboration as a means to elevate oneself. Also, as for “I’m sure Taylor will write a song about it”. I’m sure she already has! 😂 Justin Baldoni just scooter braun’d himself.
I’m not sure her coverage is going to be neutral here. Her latest seemed extremely snarky (not atypical to call out shade) but a complete reversal from her tone on Blake’s. I saw Runkle of the Bailey’s coverage and while he still criticizes Baldoni (pokes holes and asks questions) he at least has been fair.
@@DmisfitI agree about Emily’s take as well. I was surprised when I was listening to her take when the lawsuit dropped and how biased she came across and never really taking in all the evidence Justin has presented to debunk Blake’s accusations. It was hard to listen to and I generally love Emily’s take on stuff because her knowledge of the law is so on point, but this one did not come across good listening to her break it down.
The issue is that everyone believes what they read first without allowing the other side to have a say. This is what amber did to Johnny, she came out and women automatically believed her.
I hope that if Taylor does make this situation into a record, it backfires because what is being done is not right. Being a bully is not okay. SA is not right not right, destroying someone's reputation is wrong.
Or she holds herself accountable and writes a song about that!? I'd have a lot more respect for her. I also respect JB for going for it. I think it shows his integrity and his attitude is about the total truth and isn't afraid of it. I hear what KJ is saying, its a bold move, but good for him. No one should be untouchable. I also wonder if TS is mad at BL for dragging her into this and using her?
I have a feeling she was attracted, he denied her, & Ryan "caughtthem", which drove her to double down on her end & forced her to go through w/the initial lawsuit to not only save face but to also enforce her denial to her husband
A billionaire controls Wayfairer Studios, and Bryan Freedman is a respected, savvy, highly competent and experienced lawyer. Plus Baldoni appears to be a director who protects himself by documenting everything.
Runkle of the bailey has a good overview of Justin’s lawsuit. He also did a marathon of a stream where he read out Blakes and Justin suit against the NYTIMES (for fairness). I believe Justin, he has footage that directly calls into question her allegations. An especially egregious lie that they have ON CAMERA is that she only had a bit of cloth covering her genitalia while filming the birth scene. He alleges she was wearing full on black briefs, a whole ass hospital gown, and a pregnancy bump suit, the only thing uncovered were her legs! He also has alleged he has video and audio for the “you smell good,” has HER on video improvising kisses, grabbing HIM BTS, coercion, isolation. To be honest, he’s kind of inadvertently proved SHE sexually harassed him. I do wonder if that is another lawsuit that may be coming down the pipeline. I would go scorched earth as well if someone accused me of doing something so heinous and it was all provable lies.
I'm curious if you clocked that in each lawsuit Justin filed there were subtle references to Taylor's lyrics. At least I think so because every time I heard "hostile takeover" from the NYT suit, I couldn't stop myself from singing Down Bad. And then in the lawsuit against Blake he calls her Machiavellian, which is such a standout in Mastermind the song. Maybe it was unintentional but now knowing how TS was sent in to intimidate I don't think it was by chance. Or maybe I need to crawl out of the rabbit hole 😂😂😂
This is not a very accurate video. Those texts messages were not in their entirety. That’s already been shown if you fully read his lawsuit. Also if you fully read his lawsuit in it’s entirety, then you also know his attorney proves each point line by line with receipts of the texts, video w audio, and emails, that her team were the ones who actually took things out of context, wanted to control the film, editing, music, costume design. As far as SH, you could say SHE SH him when she said he had a huge nose, (knowing he was sensitive about it) and he should get plastic surgery for it ( this is on video). It really does not look good for her. You would have done better to have read the complete lawsuit before presenting this video.
"story"? Really? The texts, threats, emails.... Story Maybe Baldoni felt uncomfortable with her grabbing hm. Now, even THAT wouldn't be a story according to my own eyes.
Well then if Swift disregards the truth and writes badly or disparagingly about Baldoni, it will only make her "karma" more ferocious and deserving. Whom the gods wish to destroy they first make mad.
It seems to me that Lively was competing with Swift who writes and directs her own music videos (and Swift was being supportive). Sadly, Swift is godmother to 3 of Lively’s children. Lively seems to be a very astute manipulator. Giving Swift the benefit of the doubt, she may have been manipulated herself. Swift seems to be susceptible to that. It happens to empaths all the time.
everyone should watch a video called "baldoni praised for safe environment" by a user called expatriarch because he explains it very well. and I've yet to see anyone answer even simpler questions about Baldoni's case, which just makes no sense even if you totally believe him. "she made it up, to take the movie, and she did it Before her reputation tanked, and the video exists, so she didn't make it up.

Maybe Blake did feel uncomfortable at some point in the filming, but so far Justin is 100% looking like the victim in this scenario, and I get the you can’t retaliate against me because I cried assault, but he does get to show his side
That would have been such a financial blow for him and Wayfarer though. He conceded so much I think he thought it would get across the finish line and he could just walk away and never work with them again. It was a bonus that the film actually did well financially. I don't think he imagined Blake would do this.
Thank you for breaking the timeline down. I still think it's farfetched shed make up SH allegations to get control of the film. Plus signing the document was so stupid on his part. I don't think he'd sign it if there wasn't some truth to it. In all the texts Blake is being polite so toe that's going against the narrative she bullied him. He was intimidated of TS and RR. Being a director you need to be able to work with powerful people. But everyone is buying him as victim cause Blake is hated which he may have participated in the smear campaign. Im sure they have proof of that. Not sll the stories but even one then he's guilty

Also, the complaint mostly focuses on her reputation. it’s also insulting that they say people can be so easily manipulated by a bot. Is that all it takes for it to change your opinion someone making a statement without making any research? Is that what it takes to go viral?
Thank you.
God bless you
I wish you'd stop showing up in every thread with your year old bot account LYING about baldoni.
Baldoni's texts from his co conspirators are not nearly as useful as exercise as his many, many, lies and admissions are.
abel said lively made 2 hr complaints
then she also said she made no HR complaints.
they can't both be true, so she's a liar.
You are legally allowed to sue for anything and you can put anything in your filing (true or untrue, sliced and diced) and you are covered under the shield of protection for litigation. It is unethical not illegal or Amber Heards lawyers would have been in jail. I have seen that you continue to post this exact same response in multiple comment sections as if what you are saying is true but no matter how many times you say it, it doesn't make it true.
the younger lily giving such a glowing review of her experience with him??? that’s so beautiful honestly and i don’t know what could have happened in between that time and now that could change her mind and make her side with Blake. they have to answer for that change.
@ that’s what I was implying and suspecting because it’s such a drastic change that it seemed suspicious. She had done interviews saying her experience was great on set so to say something else now would be troubling
@@isthisthekrustykrab4558 She didn't really have to say anything though. She went out of her way to reach out to him after her filming was already complete. She could have just said "thank you for the opportunity" on her last day of filming and been on her way.
@@rebeccaprudhomme4356 What allegations it doesn't address???? What did I miss?
@ the thing is, the burden of proof is on the accuser. She has failed to provide actual proof that would substantiate any of her claims. Meanwhile, ***Justin has loads of proof that flat out prove Blake grossly misrepresented and flat out lied about numerous events in her claim***. And he’s not even done yet. He’s got video and audio footage that directly refutes other claims - being mostly nude during the birth scene, him telling her she smelled good, etc.
I don’t see how anyone continues to believe Blake when she has already been proven to be a liar on multiple accounts. All Personality issues aside.
What compelling evidence BL has?!?! Serious question
And this. She's produced none yet. It's literally just accusations
😂😂
10:23 Read her lawsuit yourself, she's provided text messages & screenshots and contrary to what's being spread online many of these messages have not been debunked or altered. Ex - the texts where Justin & his PR team talk about burying her or that text where Justin uses a twitter thread of people trashing Hailey Bieber to give an example of what needs to be done to Blake on Twitter or that other text where he hesitates and asks his team if the smear campaign is not going too far.
@@karysroberts9008That's not true.
@@talitam.8414 That makes sense only if there was evidence of SH, which allegation is debunked. It was all just a talk between JB and his PR team.
I’ve always been a fan of them (outfits, movies/tv shows) but this and their friendship with certain people have completely turned me off. People are allowed to make mistakes, but we should also admit when we’re in the wrong.
I don't get it, besides her demand letter, what evidence?
literally everything he's said in his cases, confirms her story.
AND. his side makes no sense, IF you believe him. they were 'forced' to agree to her terms and rewrite her contract? they did nothing wrong, but then the video exists? she didn't make that up. therefore her complaining about it was legit regardless of if their 'reason' for it is right or wrong.
and then lastly, the steph jones of it all. he WAS in fact violating several contracts and LYING just to employ abel. literally everything they blame lively for, could have just as easilly and more likely been done by Steph jones. accusing RR of firing him from WME is just comically dumb when he pissed off a partner at WME by screwing over the guys wife.
Great analysis. I also think Blake was lonely and bored in her marriage. She falls for her co stars, and she felt rejected when he showed no interest in her sexual advances.
You’re so confident and well spoken, I’m very inspired
Blake's Game of Thrones reference made me cakcle. Wtf🤣🤣🤣
Here from Tik tok. Hey👋🏾
If Taylor writes a song about him he can make her a character in his next film.
"I definitely would pick up on that subtext" 😂😂 If I was Baldoni, I know what my next course of action would have to be regardless if I like it or not
Great analysis 🎉🎉
Poor guy never stood a chance!
love this whole breakdown ❤
10:40
You're referr to the smear com. messages presented by Blake do make her version seem sort of believable...
JB's attorneys completely debunked that because of context. The messages he submitted clearly reflect that BL tampered/selectively-choosen messages to make her version believable.
JB "over" compensated, trying to please BL.
After listening to a 4 hour long potcast (Popcorned Planet), where they worked through JB's 179 pg lawsuit, I can't see how Blakes version is true or even misunderstood
It sounds very much calculated.
How many months did they continue to work together on the film after the list of demands was signed?
Blake presented evidence 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is the kind of judgement for lawyers who ignores the injustice when there's concrete evidence, based on the real abuser has more power lol.
Justin's story is the truth and he has no choice but to defend himself. Blake has no evidence of the lies she's spewing.
There are four lawsuits! Emily D Baker talked about the one that people aren't talking about!
I think she is covering (and maybe reading) his full lawsuit on Monday. I’m looking forward to hearing her thoughts on it.
Yay, everything Blake has done screams agrrieved privileged & entitled
This ain't about your feelings.
A billionaire controls Wayfairer Studios, and Bryan Freedman is a respected, savvy, highly competent and experienced lawyer. Plus Baldoni appears to be a director who protects himself by documenting everything.
Lively was employed as an actress. End of story. Swift and Reynolds were NEVER employed in ANY capacity. The three are pieces of work. Total morons.
Yikes, sounds like she had both taylor & Ryan be "yes ppl" for her because it indicates that blake would explodes otherwise
But with the whole case, he actually didn’t name Taylor it was Blake bringing her name into it.
Well he included those messages from Blake in his lawsuit.
Justin baldoni’s legal team came with receipts. I love it!
I think those words just accurately describe parts of this story
Freedman's job is EASY when he has the truth on his clients side. Want to point out this was NOT an official HR complaint for Sexual Harassment
So glad to find you over here on youtube!
Story
Maybe Baldoni felt uncomfortable with her grabbing hm. Now, even THAT wouldn't be a story according to my own eyes.
There was no sexual harassment towards Blake. He has video of her kissing him unprompted and not in character. She was sexually harassing him
Ugh, she sounds like she constantly contradicts herself. She's shy & timid & can't speak for herself, yet they all come to her validation, yeah ok
Well then if Swift disregards the truth and writes badly or disparagingly about Baldoni, it will only make her "karma" more ferocious and deserving. Whom the gods wish to destroy they first make mad.
You made some excellent points. Great video!
Blake and Ryan behave like mobsters.
Not every women are victims, Blake Is not
She is harming countless less privileged women who don't come forward because they are not believed.
everyone should watch a video called "baldoni praised for safe environment" by a user called expatriarch because he explains it very well. and I've yet to see anyone answer even simpler questions about Baldoni's case, which just makes no sense even if you totally believe him.
"she made it up, to take the movie, and she did it Before her reputation tanked, and the video exists, so she didn't make it up.
Blake lost all creditability for me when she called a birthing video pornography

Snake Lively should get cancelled
Love your take. If you haven’t gone over the lawsuit from the PR group against Justin and others, I think you should.
TS is a bully like RR and BL
blake thought she could bully justin and he'll lie down and take it she didn't know that he had receipts she messed around and found out
So this court case will involve Khaleesi & 2 pets, ermm... dragons, on leashes.
Maybe Blake did feel uncomfortable at some point in the filming, but so far Justin is 100% looking like the victim in this scenario, and I get the you can’t retaliate against me because I cried assault, but he does get to show his side
These comments… my god…
I like your thoughts on this. Justin should've cancelled this movie during production. Or shelved it. Cause this is such a mess
That would have been such a financial blow for him and Wayfarer though. He conceded so much I think he thought it would get across the finish line and he could just walk away and never work with them again. It was a bonus that the film actually did well financially. I don't think he imagined Blake would do this.
Justice for Baldoni
Even if she manages to prove that JB is wrong, she can no longer prove that she is innocent.
Who cares what Taylor writes. He has the right to clear his name. Idgaf who that person is.
It’s looking like Blake is a bully
You are talking non sense, you already had been duped by Blake, until now you still in the grip of Blake's as her flying monkey. Sussss SMH
