I like that you worked with your partner, mainy just reacting to the junior's offense and not dominating him. He's lucky to get the experience.

Dude...a long stream/Vid of straight rolling, please my dude, watching the premier got me wanting more and watching skill in action is always entertaining.

    3:08 was such a nice take-down defence

3:36. Ahh yes here we have a fine example of the ‘Stick your dreadlocks up their nose.’ defence for back mount. Popular one in the Caribbean that.

As a judo guy cross training in Jiujitsu, it’s nice seeing some of that stand up grafted into bjj. It would be cool seeing your takes on a handful of throws, like O-goshi and uchi mata, and how you would integrate them into bjj.
    Great channel. Struth!

You need confidence in your take downs like you have in that mustache! I do enjoy working takedowns when the mat space allows it.
Takedowns should be cover more often. Fun roll. My professor always gives me the chance to work then takes advantage of my mistakes. 👍😉

Man, I absolutely love that almost languid style you have! You really look like you are absolutely maximizing your energy use, you make it look so easy!
Is that something that has just come with time or is it a product of training in a slower, more relaxed fashion?

Firstly thank you and yes it’s just a personal style that stems from a want to have fun, minimize injury to myself and students and go into an almost zen/flow state. Just makes Jiu Jitsu more fun for me.

@@TheGrapplingAcademy It is exactly what I'm looking for for my own game, I'm still new to JJ but I know what I want from it and it's pretty much exactly what you said!

I vote no mustache. Love ya either way just giving honest opinion. Clean shaven or stubble, it rocked like an alpha symbol of masculinity. The stash reads a little more like Freddy Mercury- which is fine if that's what you are going for but just know that's how it reads.
