At 8:37 Main Teams interface. This is the interface for an end user account. Microsoft has an article on how to set Microsoft Teams Android Devices user interface. The right Teams Pro Room license, as mentioned at 12:37, and a couple of PowerShell commands and you get another interface dedicated to conference room use as well a showing up in the conference phone column. It is a conference room, so this interface works better in a conference room. This interface shows the booked meetings on the home screen with a join button. Also has a call button for dial pad conference phone use on the home screen.

basic mtr license doesnt work . Which license do i need to buy?

So the POE isn't shipped with the device?

He hooked it up to a POE switch for power. But that switch was not hooked up to the Internet. So he used WiFi instead of the included PoE for Internet.

Yes, it is an Android device, likely licensed with a Teams Rooms license.
