Why DS457 scanner is not showing any led while I'm connected to pc. and while I'm trying to update the firmware it's showing the scanner is not connected. Can you please help me to sort it out?

I'm about to set my Zebra rfd8500 scanner on fire and then pull my hair out. Do you think it will work after that?
Super amazing tool!. Are you thinking about enabling them for TC7* handhelds?
The scanners are very useful: they are wonderfuls tools, but they would be recharger batteries to use without line our terminal...

123 scan, as well as my computer says that my scanner is not plugged in.
please close 123 scan software and reconnected
I can't get it to work on Windows11. Was working fine(kinda) in windows10.
