The scanners are very useful: they are wonderfuls tools, but they would be recharger batteries to use without line our terminal...

Why DS457 scanner is not showing any led while I'm connected to pc. and while I'm trying to update the firmware it's showing the scanner is not connected.
Can you please help me to sort it out?
