I was additional needs teacher- NLP - offered an interesting avenue for learning spelling - including learning words backwards- interesting with some neurodivergent learners.
I've been doing that intuitively, more focusing on respecting my biological needs of break and rest, but now, I Will observe it, and do other things mentioned on the video.
Have you tried breaks or "micro-breaks"? Could you see the effect?
