As a physician myself I say this is an amazing content to actually bringing in a patient and see how you examine and educate them (and us!). I'm very inspired thank you
Such a wonderful video! Would love to see more like these. I have very similar struggles, plus mild rosacea and sensitive skin. Dr. Sam, would love it if you could share your favorite acne safe makeup products in another video! :) Thank you!
Hey, hi Dr Sam. Very lovely to see you one's again in another episode. " Really you're helping to all the people by explaining how to take care of health. " If we're out in society all will observe our face. " So firstly face should be look GD. " Thnx for helping Dr Sam. " And main thing that you're so gorgeous by the way😘🔥
I would perhaps look into her makeup removal routine too, as I've actually been an almost daily Double Wear user for 15 years despite the general consensus that it's bad for acne prone skin. It definitely would be more problematic than other foundations but I have excessively oily skin and it is literally my 'cant be without' product. People think I'm exaggerating when I say I'm excessively oily but as in it's so oily that my eyes sting from the oil they produce and I've completed 3 rounds of accutane in an attempt to reduce the oil (to no avail). Double Wear is the only thing that actually lasts on my skin and prevents my eyelids from secreting so much oil. I just have to be very very thorough with removal :-)
Great video, really interested to see Mariah's progress in a few months. Like her, I tried all sorts of things to help my acne but retinoids are the only thing that help me. Loving my nightly pro serum 💜 Good luck to her.
What a great video! I’d love to know your most loved makeup that also offers coverage. If you ever decide to do this with a regular person then sign me up 😅♥️
This sounds like something that might help me. I'm 67 today so I am also interested in anti-aging products. I wonder if there are other actives that should also be part of my routine. I've used a number of products but I may just be causing irritation without getting the benefit of the actives.
Great video. Just trying neutralising gel and am 5 days in and can see the difference in redness already. Would love to know which foundations concealers are good for acne probe skin if you can share the list please
I also have acne prone skin and what has helped me is to avoid fragrance, drying alcohol, essential oils in my skincare and foundations. I use Lisa Eldridge foundation but I also know that NARS , NYx or Huda Beauty tend to not use those ingredients in their foundations. There are not that many brands that do that.

No face scrubs please!!! Especially on darker skin.
Dr sam - what foundations do you recommend for acne prone skin??
