Yeah it’s included in the subscription, now for the part about them giving you a month free idk and did they raise they subscription. But sometimes they offer a solution if you cancel your subscription you can get a discount but yeah,

Yes 🙌🏽 it works with iPhones 13 Pro, & yes it will work with iPad Pro using a usb c to lightening cable .

@@MikeHawk-ly7hw no you can connect your iPhone too it and play regular. If you want to play on any other screen such as iPad, laptop then you gotta do that method

You forgot to mention the most important thing: you need the premium subscription for this to work!
I did in the long form video, I mentioned it cause it just a clip from it,
For me it won’t let me select anything. It just says disabled

So can I use the ps play app on the iPad and still use back bone as controller?
Yes you can, have to setup the backbone controller with a phone first and go through the setup process, and agree to backbone 1yr subscription then you can go through the settings and enable play on iPad and then you can use it with a iPad
How to access the PS5 touchpad with the backbone, while playing it on a Mac or PC?
Is your phone connected or disconnected and you just using the controller as a regular controller
@@CraytonTv I had my phone disconnected, I didn't know I could use my phone and MacBook at the same time on Auto Play

How do you have the iPhone port?
Because this the first generation of the backbone controller when it came out, so it has the lightening port,
When I disconnect my phone, the iPad shows nothing and my phone says no controller selected in backbone
Did you leave the lightening cable to usb c cable in while connect to the controller
Same thing for me and yes I left the cord in
@377jojo did you select it in the settings of the backbone controller where it says play on any screen then select iPad

They just want you to subscribe, to access those features, you get one year free then it’s $30 a year, but to use it with a phone you can use it as a controller but to use the app and get more features to play on any screen gotta pay for the subscription but one year is free
Will this work just the same with the iPhone 15?
Yes it will, but you need to get the USB-C one ☝🏽 cause the lighting port will not work, but they have the PlayStation one in USB-C also and it will work the same.

Why nobody mentions anything about the cable, like does it need adapter or something?
No adapter, just the lightening to usb c cable or a usb c to usb c cable and you can use it with a iPad, Mac, PC etc
And do you need a cable? Its such a modern device and it really needs a fkin cable in 2023
@@vi8403 a cable for the iPad yes but the phone no unless your phone dying, but this controller was designed for people who enjoy playing games.

I'm having the same issue where when i disconnect my phone from the backbone and plug in the ipad it shows nothing is connected.
When you had your phone connected did you go to the backbone settings and select iPad to play on any screen first

@@user-wk9pz1mw9b from there you should be able to connect a lighting to usb c cable and it should light up and work. The controller should be working
@@CraytonTvtried this doesn’t work absolutely nothing I do is making it work I’ve tried selecting iPad mac used different cables restarted app kept the cable plugged in while switch etc absolutely nothing works

Yo don’t need to go into the backbone app settings and do this. Just plug it tf in. And better yet. Just buy a better controller 😂

I got the subscription usb c to lightning and all that I select iPad option unplug the phone plug in the lighting and nothing happens I’ve tried it for the last hour keeping it plugged in as well none of it works can’t find any solutions online I just don’t get any blue light and doesn’t work
When you had your phone connected and plugged into the iPad did the backbone button ever light up
When the phones connected and I plug the iPad in it fades white, when I take the phone out and leave the iPad connected to controller nothing happens, when I plug the cable into the controller without the phone connected it fades white once then nothing
@@125MrHacker connect your phone to the backbone controller, go to the backbone app then select settings then play on any screen, select your iPad, then from there connect your lightening to usb c cable to the controller and iPad the backbone button will be blue, then you can remove your phone and then open any cloud streaming gaming up you want to play rather it’s PS Remote Play, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Steam or Apple Arcade etc; the controller will stay connected and allow you to use it to play games.
@@CraytonTv nope it just fades white when I plug the lightning in and when disconnect the phone the light just goes off and nothing happens. Both phone and iPad is up to date as well
@@125MrHacker press the Backbone bone again and it will turn blue, and then go play any cloud streaming game you want and it will be connected .. I just did it on mine and played my PS5 on PS Remote Play
Can you use it away from your console
Yes 🙌🏽 you can use the backbone away from your console if you want to use PS Remote or Xbox remote play your console does have to be in rest mode but on Xbox you can also play Xbox cloud gaming etc,
What app is it, to access the games?
The app is called Backbone but it’s like a 3rd party app, that just holds the game on your phone you have downloaded or the apps of steam, PS remote play, Xbox game pass, Amazon Luna etc but the backbone app is a free 1yr subscription then after that it’s $30 a year to unlock all the features

Will this fit if you have a protector on your camera
What kind of protector on your camera? There is also a adapter in the box for the bigger phones such a iPhone 14 Pro Max, 13 Pro Max 12 Pro Max & 11 pro max and works for all pro models
@@CraytonTv i have a camera protector for the iphone 14 pro max, it's like a transparent & plasticky type, i was wondering if it will still going to fit before i buy
@@everythinggamesandtech8575 you may have to remove it not too sure but I know Backbone did say it does work with a phone case that is very thin but also in the box they have a adapter for iPhone 14 Pro Max so it don’t scratch the camera lens but if your protector isn’t big it can work and be just fine

Can you use without subscription
It’s a one year free subscription then after that it’s $50 a year so can cancel anytime, but if you don’t want to use the features you don’t have to
I tried, but still ask for subscriptions.

I have used already a year subscription and I never knew about other devices. That’s the thing, I want to use with my Mac or iPad. Thanks brother.

Close out the app, check your App Store and make sure your app is updated then reconnect your phone 📱

Can’t you just connect a ps5 controller to your iPad via Bluetooth and play that way?

Yes you can, do that
Bluetooth has a delay… I’m assuming the backbone removes the lag input( ithink that’s what it’s called🤷🏿♂️)
@@Imhotep_DrummerJones yeah some what! Cause you are playing wired vs wireless and a wired connection will beat a wireless connection any day! Cause with Bluetooth there is a small delay.
@@CraytonTv I play codm and use a controller. I know it’s a mobile game, but I’m old school… I’m used to controllers 😂 trying my best to defeat the controller restrictions
