Snow Storm Cripples NYC on Dec 27 2010

Buried cars, stuck cars, abandoned city buses...it goes on and on. Took this on my walk to Dominos. I have never seen the city so crippled before.
Sorry for the unsteady video. Climbing over the mountains of snow made it difficult.

@jimP71 I know. I have never seen this before. Usually we get hit by a storm and the news overhypes the damage, but this is insane. I wish the video could have been more still, but walking over mountains of snow doesn't lend to a steady video lol.

@TURBODIESELWAGON Yeah, and apparently a lot of this may be attributed to a supposed "slow down" from the Sanitation workers as they protested those cuts.

Aww man that's cool. I know it's going to be a pain in the ass for a day or two, but this is a storm you'll talk about the rest of your life. Go inside and grab some hot chocolate and ride it out.
