preparing to fight the wither never leaving my spawn chunk

In this edition of our one chunk world, we start preparing to fight Minecraft's second boss, the wither. This seems like such an impossibility because of the fact that I have literally never left this chunk, but we will try anyway!
To prepare for this, we start by automating the gold pickups from our gold farm. We do this so we can trade with villagers and get more mending books for different tools / armour.
Next, we need to create an XP farm. We need this XP farm because we need levels to enchant our armour with. In the world so far, we have hardly had any source of good XP, so this being the source will be great.
We make our first enchanting table of the world, and set up a small little area for it. We then have a look at many differnet enchantments that could enhance our armour.
We then look at an area that we built last episode - and that is the iron farm. We tidy it up a little and make it look a little bit more presentable, which I think turned out pretty well.
We then got to work farming wither skeletons, which took AGES. I think we must have been hunting them for at least 6-7 hours trying to get the skulls. Hefty task!

here's a cool tip- if you waterlog your chests, they become completely blast resistant. this is super helpful insurance against creepers, and especially the wither.
