I'm so thrilled that Haley will be here before to long. I'm sure she will look like the both of you she gonna be so well loved with her aunt's an uncles along with so many cousins some older and one younger then her.

Enjoy every second of this experience and it looks as if you both are doing this. You are going to be wonderful parents. When Hailey gets here don’t ever hesitate to hold her. You might find some people who will tell you that holding her “too” much will spoil her… don’t believe it.!
Just a suggestion when you are picking out clothes for Hailey you might want to look at larger sizes, but don’t forget to consider the season as well as her age. I was told to do this and it worked out perfectly.
Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. I miss the show on TV b/c it was one of the few programs on TV that the entire family could enjoy.

I’m so glad that you were able to get away for your anniversary. I’m always glad when you guys can get together with your families- especially Katie’s family because they’re so far away. That’s so sweet that you could come for your baby shower. I know that’s a long drive. We made a similar length device every other Christmas to be with my family in the Northeast when we were living in the Southeast. The outfit Travis picked out was so cute. I love the Christmas themed decor.

Wow what a gorgeous Baby Shower, Katie your mom and sister done a fabulous job on your shower... I’ve never seen a baby shower done at Christmas.... I pray that you don’t get sick at your dr’s appointment, those test aren’t bad but being as you are sick in the mornings maybe if they schedule it little later but don’t think they can due too the fact you can’t eat after a certain time if I’m not mistaken... You’ll do great Katie..

The baby shower looks so cute! I can't wait to see her nursery. Btw the fruit punch flavor for the glucose test is the way to go. The citrus is gross I heard. The orange is second best because it tastes like flat orange soda. But fruit punch is already flat so it's not like you are expecting any fizz. It just has a weird after taste. I drank it as fast as I could safely. I tried not to sip or take breaks so I wouldnt taste the after taste then went on my phone to distract myself. Oh and I brought water to help with the taste afterwards. I always brought water. I got so thirsty during the end of my second trimester. I drank about a gallon a day.
Y’all are the cutest couple ever! I love seeing all the Bates together. Katie that stuff you drink is like drinking a glass of flavored sugar water. My prayers are w/you that your able to not throw it back up. It’s getting so close and I know y’all are overjoyed. Love y’all like crazy and as always prayers for ya. Thanks for sharing!

I hate to tell you this Katie but I just had my son 2.14.22 and I threw up every single day from being 8 weeks all the way to delivering him at 39 weeks, but seeing him for the first time I forgot how hard my pregnancy was. Highly recommend an infant/adult first aid and cpr class before you give birth! Just so you know what to do in case of emergency. Best of luck to you for the rest of your pregnancy ❤

I was sick for all 9 months of my 3 pregnancies. It's not fun, but you push through until the little one is in your arms. So worth it!

For the glucose test, see if they will put it in the ice box for about 5-10min. Super cold was the way to go.
