The fact... He is an actual child (or maybe just mentality). The collector is quite literally the most *Neutral* character I'll see. Because he doesn't care whether or not he is doing something good or evil, he just wants to play games.
But I think he's just a child... He acts like a full blown one especially with how he does his powers. Which he only helped king because he could *play a game*
