Roflmao, I just found the mask they showed for $36.50 on Amazon. That one also includes three different sets of cartridges. "7 Piece Suit Painting Spraying Similar For 6800 Gas Mask Full Face Facepiece Respirator"
Actual experience with wish.com lends me to expect about half of the orders to not show up in a timely manner, at least 10% to never show up at all, and at least 70% to be doll-sized and/or made of thin polyester.
You can buy the facial steamer for $29.99 on Amazon. You can buy the gas mask for $47.90 on Amazon. You can buy the dentures for $19.99 on Amazon. You can buy the denim shorts for $37.50 on Amazon. You can buy the ninja sword for $28.99 on Amazon. Let this be a lesson to everyone that you should do your own research. Don't just blindly accept all information as fact.

Dylan why are you white knighting so hard on every comment? You talk as if having morals or disliking certain companies for actual reasons is wrong. Why does something being "free" magically void ethics?
Yeah, like the "$1,000 retail gas-mask", which is just a Chinese knock off of a high-quality 3M respirator, and the 3M one is only $130. Gee, wonder which one I would trust my lungs to.
What credibility? They are an entertainment company, and the video was entertaining. @@globalx-wing7286 Actually, I would not just take the money. What I was pointing out is that this is a stretch from their norm. They have always featured brand names, but usually in a true comparative or interesting sense. This was the first time I have seen one of their videos act as nothing more than an advertisement. Yes, they are an entertainment company, but not a marketing company...I would surmise that most of their viewers watch their videos to be entertained not marketed to, and a vast majority of the comments on this video speak to that truth. @Russell White ok. Did something about this company come out this week or something. Because everyone seems to care about it only for this 1 video when I'm pretty sure theyve done a wish deal before.
I wish people were more pragmatic about this. They obviously got a lot of more money for an entire episode than just a regular intro/outro. It's one hate episode in exchange for several good ones. We all know what Wish is, and we even know what R&L think of them based on a previous episode.

You can get a pair of jeans, which you can buy for 20$ (general price from Amazon), Cut them to your own chosen length and decorate accordingly, then, donate the leftover material to someone who can use it. (Arts and crafts, someone who likes textiles, etc.)
This stuff is Chinese knockoffs of real items. For example the $26 gas mask is actually a $26 gas mask and the original from a name brand is actually $999 and worth it. It's bias and not truthful marketing. They are trying to make you think you're paying $26 for the name brand one.

That's what I thought they'd do. I used to love GMM, but since their last two intro changes and their _Buddy System_ thing changing their upload schedule and subsequently the content quality, I feel they've just _f'd_ up everything.
This shitty, extremely elaborated Wish ad just reinforced my opinion.
The gas mask cost 47 $ on Amazon (not 999$). The face sprayer cost about 57 $ (not 350$). I stopped watching after that. One thing is accepting a sponsorship, but please choose your sponsors with care. Absolutely no research have been involved in this episode.

Wish puts the “original price” but those are just way over inflated prices which aren’t even close to real
This episode is so weird. This isn't what they have ever been about in the past. so glad all the comments are about how terrible this is
This is the worst sponsorship they’ve ever taken. good lord.
I thought this was gonna be kock offs vs originals but its literally a soponsor for a site wich sells knock off yeezys
U know that wish fakes the retail prices right?
Once it said that the retail price for socks was 500$
Those were reeeeally fancy socks though. Totally worth the 500 buckaroos. /s

Kreykrey The Kreyzy Kyd I think they run their “retail” prices by “what’s the most expensive thing we’ve found like this?”
I don't think I'd be willing to trust a gas mask from Wish.com...

Danni I highly doubt anyone cares if ur okay with it

Why would they? Just a load of people crying they took a sponsorship from a company that's already extremely popular

Roflmao, I just found the mask they showed for $36.50 on Amazon. That one also includes three different sets of cartridges. "7 Piece Suit Painting Spraying Similar For 6800 Gas Mask Full Face Facepiece Respirator"
It's what Wish says the prices are, so they can choose whatever they want. The prices were awful, but it's what Wish said they were.

Having sponsors is fine, but when the entire topic of your show is that sponsor, it comes off like watching a very long commercial.
I agree. They said "wish" so many times as well lol
You do know that the “commercial kings” bit was a big part of making them what they are today....
Actual experience with wish.com lends me to expect about half of the orders to not show up in a timely manner, at least 10% to never show up at all, and at least 70% to be doll-sized and/or made of thin polyester.
The video was still fun, so what
Not to mention how shitty of a company wish is
You can buy the facial steamer for $29.99 on Amazon.
I don't think you've read the comments on this video...
Agreed.
Please don't shop at Wish! If you're in Southeast Asia, use Shopee, it has similar functions to Wish but easier to browse AND they protect their users! Everyone else better stick to Amazon.
Say that to all religious people
The Ninja sword is $22 on wish for the suggested retail price
Seeing as I shouldn't just blindly accept your information as fact, care to cite your sources?
You guys made a video about how wish is all knock offs. Why would you do this?
This is a terrible look for GMM. These retail prices sound like they're the prices for the proper brand items, not these awful knockoffs.
You guys are amazing. Complaining about a free episode of a show that makes money on sponsorships and ads. They aren't forcing you to buy anything. And if you are smart enough you can just watch the episode and let them make their money without going to wish. They have made 1500 free episodes for us for free and you guys go nuts when one episode isn't up to par with your morals lol.
No. Even the proper brand name is cheaper that the "AcTuAl REtaiL PRiCe".

Nothing but a 14+ minute add for Wish...a big hit to your integrity...terribly sad to see you go this direction.
What credibility? They are an entertainment company, and the video was entertaining. They're not giving their stamp of approval on Wish, they are merely advertising for money, which you would do too if you were worth offering a sponsorship to... I'm assuming you have no experience in business. Good Lord.
I wish people were more pragmatic about this. They obviously got a lot of more money for an entire episode than just a regular intro/outro. It's one hate episode in exchange for several good ones. We all know what Wish is, and we even know what R&L think of them based on a previous episode.

Biased to showcase your sponsor in a good light. Not doing blind test is fine exapmle, that actually makes Wish a favor.
