Chevereuse is highly underrated I got her to C6 from raiden's banner and I turned her into sub dps (with jade spear) and she does insane damage while healing and buffing my raiden hypercarry team . I won't have been able to 36 star the abyss within 10 months of starting this game without chevereuse.
I would recommend you to pause, because natlan is going to come, so wait for the meta to introduce after natlam comes then pull. But if you can't wait then pull for the new character which will come in 5.0. or you can pull for yelan, she can also be a good dps after investment

After Emili, Arlecchino is better option. Then any other polearm character who needs crit rate but if that character can't do burning reaction, then its passive will be wasted.
Furina ke sath koi team use kar rahe ho aur Jean nahi hei toh definitely ap Charlotte build karke use karo. Charlotte heals on her Attack , Note one thing is that her Energy recharge requirement is very High so consider an Er sands and weapon with an average of 200 Er , Then focus on her Attack Ratio, - Attack goblet, Attack circlet. This is how I use my Charlotte so you are free to do any changes you like :)

For only dedicated Dps Go for Mulani or Kinich in 5.0. In current banner Yelan is a Sub-Dps and Emilie is also a Sub- Dps

If you want really good character then pull for yelan bcz she is meta (top tier) or want dps then Mualani and kinich seems to be promising also
