MY WISH LIST
www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls...
Welcome Back! This is Matt and I love turning trash into CASH. It is Nacho Stuff but that doesnt mean someones trash can't equal cash. You see, many people have abandoned all kinds of random treasures and toss them into the trash. We take these lost valuables and figure out a way to make a buck from them. Sometimes it through resell, other times we might just scrap it. Either way, we are turning free stuff into cash. I prefer the curbside scene but occasionally find myself in a dumpster or two. Join me as I try to turn nothing into something.
I mostly consider myself a scrapper or repurposer of things that people have decided to discard. Some call it picking while others consider it a true treasure hunt. But at the end of the day, like most scrappers, I am trying to reduce our waste while lining my pockets a little in the process. Each piece of scrap metal, item of curbside treasure or piece of dumpster loot means one less piece going into our landfills and that makes me happy. The fact that I can get paid for the effort is icing on the cake. Be sure to subscribe to stay up to date with my latest hunt and possible cool finds.

I happen to like watching you man handle the appliances! LOL And before he got that liftgate, Scrap and Pallet man manhandled all the appliances too. He was the first scrapper I started watching on TH-cam. He's great and very knowledgeable.
Love me some Scrap & Pallet Man
Cor all in a rush wanting your space and you being such a nice guy let them have it. Are you sure he's not buying them from someone else at a lower price .. Did you sale the two t vs you had in your car from yesterday. Well done number one son what a outstanding performance for your first time out really outstanding. 😜🏴🇬🇧
I still have those 2 - one worked and I do not have the right plug for the other. Pretty sure both are good
Congratulations to your son!! Great job today. You are so fun to watch ☺️
Thanks Cathy. Proud dad and fun day of scrapping.
Hey hey Matt! Nice weather.
Good to see ya Paul - Yeah, our weather is looking pretty good for the next couple days. You guys will be freezing your bits off for at least a couple. Stay safe!
@@nachostuff our cold snap should be over this evening. But that groundhog......
When I go, digging, I like to grab any skateboard decks that are in OK condition, because I will put different paint jobs on them, or cover them with stickers, and they’ll resell pretty fast
Congratulations to your son . Nice scoops with the tools Matt . Thanks for another awesome video.
Thanks 👍 So proud of that kid!
Congratulations 🎉
4:02 That is so funny that you immediately found 2 reciprocating saws. HAHA
Crazy isnt it. the DeWalt worked - I gave it to Phil and he had the batteries for those. I still need to test the Craftsman once I get a battery
That washer at 6 mins in..,that’s a top loading direct drive washer…the best ever made! Don’t scrap that type of machine…they’re easy to fix and last forever…very basic things that do go out..and if the motor is bad, they’re easy and inexpensive to replace! I just went through 7 washers trying to fix one cuz I’ve been ripped off on the two I bought…finally found a direct drive like that model I picked up and found a check to house it in cuz the person was starting to scrap it..,sucker works awesome!
I’m so glad you found all of the tools! Score one for you! I just love your videos. I am subscribed to all of you. I love how you drag the scrap by the cord-it’s like you’re dragging it by it’s hair! Lol
I consider it taking my scrap for a walk.
I love the proud papa moment. Great day for scrap and tools, made you happy for sure.
Its a fun thing. Watching those kids get bigger and start to add notches to their belt is fun to watch,
Nacho, great ride today. I see a lot of things on your route, other people’s thrash are good fines. I want you to listen to yourself today, you made my day with those tools you were so Happy, loved it. Thanks!!!
It was a very happy moment. I still hope most of them work. It would be super nice.
Funny stuff 🤣
Especially loved the NO WORK 😆😅🤣
Magnificent haul today Matt!! Gotta love that.
You got that right!
Hi Matt, I'm so happy that you found your sledge hammer! I was really sad when you thought that you had scrapped it. Congrats on the good scrapping day.
Nope - that is my sledge - I think I might have scrapped my maul. It is the other one that I was carrying. It could be in the backyard too though. I am not that best at keeping track of everything LOL just ask my dolly!
look at you now No longer blocking driveways, water heaters not Hot water heaters, but no molly is now in scrap heaven. 😂
Congratulations to your son and congratulations to you on your tool score
Thank you very much!
Carolina Scrapper sidekick granddaughter whose almost 5 years old is constantly watching cuz she's next to Grandpa and we catch you every time you don't say microwave us LOL and she really looks forward to you saying it😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
I dont forget that often - or at least I dont think I do.
Congratulations to your son 👏 💙
Thanks - he was very proud and so was I.
Nice tool score, hopefully they work well for ya. 🙂
Congratulations on u son 👏👏
Great Video Nacho Matt 😎
Awesome job
Hi Nacho stuff amazing to see you thats amazing about you're son amazing video
Thanks for the fan blades Matt. Hope the saw works, saved money is still money in your pocket. Congrats to your son remember Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't start at the top but if you work hard you to could speak with a funny accent. 🏋🏻♂💪🏻💪🏻
He was one proud kid last night - that is always fun to see. The blades sound way better on film than in person. Glad I could get you your fix!
Heck yeah buddy nice find on the tools! Nice load buddy! And good pay out! New subscriber!
Welcome to the family. I love a great day like that. The last two days have been pretty sweet. Hope to continue seeing you around.
Yes it was a good day. Look after yourself. 👍❤️
Thanks Aileen - I try to be as cautious as one crazy person can be
Great video keep getting it
Great video Matt, have a great weekend 😀🇨🇦
You too!
Great run matt.....dehumidifiers always make my day.......
Even better if they are on the "list"
Congrads on the tool haul. Awesome video I watch all of you guys tell junkman5000 we miss him.
I sure will. I will give you all an update tomorrow since Mike hasn't yet.
That was a great run. Be safe.
Thanks Benny
Love the blade breaking sound 😊Lisa .NewZealand
17 mins in…if they don’t power on then it’s a bad capacitor…they’re actually quite easy to replace on the boards…my first smart tv is one I fixed that was in the garbage lol…LG tvs under the 55” size at least have a lot of issues with capacitors going out…replace them with the next size up capacitor and they’ll work for a long time
Congrarulation to your Son wtgggggggggg and Super Haul on all those Tools , I hope the all Work . Mike said he has a Dolly for you , he has 3 and waiting for you to pick one up . Good Luck
I think his extras have bad wheels like the few I have in the backyard. After scrapping my last one after putting new tires on it makes me nervous
How to make a man happy. Free tools😍😎🤟🏼
You got that right!
All them appliances I always put the small things inside of the appliances to have more room in my trailer...
That would require access to opening the said appliances. We made it work. Might not be the best way but it was a way!
I'm glad you had a good load today.😎👊🏻
Thanks 👍 me too!
Ask PS where he sells his washer/dryer’s. He gets lots too.
Great video again Matt thanks. ❤️💙
I talked to him - he uses my guy too but also has a new contact on the coast but he is a little picky about what he takes. We will purge our hoard soon.
Nice!
SS doors unbelievable, but luckily for you @Nacho Stuff
Nice finds
Matt, I can't believe it, your stacking was almost perfect. Before we know where we are you'll be cutting cords as you go. lol.
Let's not get crazy now!
#boomhere
Good stuff. I would resa le .not scrap the dehumidifier.washer.dryer.tools.potty seat.
New subscriber. Shark scrapper is a good channel for micro scrapping.
Welcome to the family! Glad to have you. And yes Shark scrapper does a good job with micro scrapping and ewaste. I watch him often.
I know I'm not helping but all of a sudden like the metal casket is a refrigerator with "No Work spray painted on the lid.
Kind of sketchy right?
Heck yeah!
You can say that again.
Heck yeah
Hiya maybe you could put a post up or details for your washing machine guy so folk could perhaps buy working machines off him so he has room to buy more from you then its a win win for you both 👌😁
That would just be local and they can find him on marketplace and craigslist.
Maybe Mike can be your ride along, then you can use his dolly/hand truck?? Yes Kevin has a dolly, but I never see him use it, he just He-man's it in the trailer.
Mike should be back in action this week. Kevin rarely even uses his gate - I know how that goes.
Hi saw your chanel and subscribed greetings from holland franny 💕
Welcome to the family. Hope to keep seeing you around!
Definitely not trash 👍
I wouldn't worry too much about the metal. It's heavy to ship, so probably local sales only and unless it was marked as to what it was it gets a little more difficult to sell. People working with metal like to know what it is they are handling. Welding requirements are different for different metals for instance. Still sellable but a lot of questions will need to go unanswered.
That is kind of why I let it go. I thought it would be useful but had no idea what I had or how to describe it in "real" terms. The subscriber said he would buy it from me in the future so I now at least have an outlet for those random things. While it is still being recycled - i always lean towards repurposing when I can.
congrats on the tool score, you deserve it
Thank you very much!
Hi How are
Hi Matt, First time seeing the other scrappers there, are you guys ok with each other
For the most parts we are freinenemies. I get alone with just about everyone but yet we are still competitors. It's an odd relationship to say the least,
I carry a couple 1 inch 2 foot pvc pipes you can roll on them
You are a smart man!
It's for the scrappers. Gotta communicate simply with you guys 😅
Ask and the Universe provides. I hope you got one of the saws to work 😄
I gave one to Phil and they other one I will see what I can do - while I really want a cordless one - I dont even have the batteries to test it. Hoping it works though
Get some rubber flap on the inside of the opening of the trailer gate
The gate just needs to be fixed.
i needed a washer to bad you was not like in mich.... i got a good one used local
i am sure you can find a solid machine used locally - just have to find the guy - try marketplace
Hey Matt when you found those two microwaves you forgot the holler hey hey microwave a
Might be an older video before I started saying that.
My bosses name is Matt he is so awesome to he teachers me everything that I didn't know but he is a awesome boss
Glad to hear you have a greta boss - hard to find these days
Hey a lot of times those control boards on washers n dryers are aluminum 6:18
Yeah I know but always forget since I normally sell them versus scrap them. Thanks for the reminder.
You should be micro scrapping all the green boards that is in all electronics
I do not have a reliable outlet to sell them. The only one around here pays low grade on everything and that is barely more than shred and it takes work to get them out. If I had a better selling place I would consider it. I do harvest CPU, motherboards and ram though.
Wow! They pay out a lot! Theyre only paying out $40/ton for clean steel or iron in Nebraska…most they’ve ever paid out for it is $120/ton when prices were really high ..,,only paying out $1.95/lb for clean bright #1 if ur lucky and get a decent person…the scrap yard where I’m at has a bunch of creeps that work there…they make me so nervous I won’t go in alone…and the scales are off except when the weights and measures guy is scheduled for the yearly inspection…but it’s the only scrap yard around for at least an hour drive to the next closest…tons of scrap metal here too …wish we would get some competition to make them at least pay out decent
Does the yard there take refrigerators with the Freon still in them?
It needs to be removed.
Hi.👍
Hello 👋
Have you every trued take the back off dryer to how much change it in it
Rarely. I just give them to my guy. I have pulled some change out of them though.
I think you might need to borrow Paul's snap tool 2023.
Agreed!
I don’t know the no work could go both ways yeeeeeeew funny
It can - the question is - what was their intent?
Why are the fridges going on the general scrap pile? Don't those have to be expertly evacuated or such like air conditioners so they don't release ozone melters?
That is just how they do it at out yard. Some yards dont take them and others have special spots ad others just put it with the general shred.
I like what you said I'm always watching and I'm subscribed to your channel. If I see something imma make surrrrrre to reach out. I love picking
Poly profit has a troll lol
That would stink. But that is what happens when you get bigger.
Move over Laurel and Hardy, Its now Matt and Jeff love watching your joke videos creases me up
Glad you are having fun with it.
New Craftsmen tool's are juck!
they used to be great tools
Junkman said he has
A.extra dolly for you
I have heard that - I will have to ask.
💪😁😁
Do you clip the cords?
Yeap
Harsh reality is some people will mislead ya!
So true!
I see that you don’t cut the cords of the microwaves and others. They contain copper you can see it separately and get more money.
In Mojave desert I used to do a little bit in South Carolina glad you fix your license anal like that. Good luck
This guy driving a ranger rover isn't scrapping out microwaves 😂 says the one driving an equally priced chevy 😂😂
NO NO NO not even close. That truck is at least double the cost of mine.
@@nachostuff average range rover is 40-50k average suburban is 30-50k, and theres of course much more expensive range rovers amd more expensive suburbanz
@@lukelegg9915 Maybe so but I still think the average RR in the road is more expensive than the average Sub
@@nachostuff perhaps, idk 🤷🏼♀️
Im glad the portable chair wasn’t full cause you would of ate it.
That would be disgusting
😀
You ever come across RC's? I found out that people will pay big money just for Rc,part's.
Rarely but I have found a few.
See, that’s why I asked in a couple of videos ago as to what tools you need! Well, there you go! You’re welcome! 😂😉
You got that right! now we just need to make sure they work.
@@nachostuff if not, check the warranty. Craftsman usually has a pretty good warranty policy.
@@Toto1018 they used ti have a lifetime but that was when they were just Sears and didnt get into the power tools. I will check it out.
Are you having a any items for a game this month how about just washer and dryer count
we are still on a break but might start it back up again soon.
👊💥👍😀
Howdy and thanks for watching
Omg how mucho for the free tools why no show the saw saw?
If the craftsman saws works I will keep it. The other one I gave to Phil. All the other tools are up for grabs once I figure out whether they work or not.
Matt your gas flap is not
Closed
I got it! Not sure if you saw me hit it when I walked by t he once.
No dead bodies😂🥳
Feed 'em to the pigs. (Make sure to pull the teeth out first)! Lol
Hey my Carolina Scrappers got two of them you would you like one😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
😃👍👋👋
Hey Joseline
🤙🤙👍
Hey Pete
Turn gate into either diamondplate or steel.. holes will b gone. Lol
That would be heavy and create a ton of drag.
Not really... my dad has a steel framed trailer, he removed all wood andreplaced it with aluminum diamond plate.. used to weigh little over 6k, now weighs close to 3500
@@Tymko1565 I was referring to the back gate. And that mu h diamond plate would be expensive. Last forever but expensive on the front end.
Oh I understood what u meant....leave gate the way it is and put plate on top
No... I understood... but back gate, besides I only seen one lol
feel free to send me pictures Bhur
Pictures of?
lol
Macho man don't need dollies they have action men
You can get a lot more done if you had a dolly strapped to the trailer. I see you struggling with those appliances.
I have done it both ways and havnt noticed a difference.
Did u accidentally throw out the dolly?
My original dolly - yes! It was the most awesome dolly ever and I had just bought new wheels for it. Still pains me months later.
Take the task off the refrigerator
