Vaccuforming is very exciting because for quite some time I've wanted to make custom action figure bubble blisters!
There are a lot of things that can be done with a vaccuformer, such as molding concrete or resin (or candy, with the right plastic). I got the chance to try some of these things, and even made a realistic rock "Hide-A-Key". (Do y'all remember those?) But mainly... I wanted to make some custom action figure packaging for MC Hammerhead Hunter for Bounties.

I love your thought process when creating and then finding solutions for whatever glitch you might run into until you get exactly what you want. You don't let things stop you, that's important for everyone to learn - read and re-read directions, search for answers by looking online, asking the manufacturer, asking someone more experienced or sometimes you just need someone with a fresh eye. Love your videos and your soothing voice Crafsman.

When I was learning Vacu-Forming in school we actually had a piece of a wooden broom handle next to the machine that you would rub on the plastic after it had been formed around what you were vacu-forming to help deal with an webbing.

We use small machines like these in dentistry to make bleaching trays and mouth guards. They are fun to play with! One time I made a model of my mouth, built up my canine like fangs, vacuum formed a retainer tray and I had the BEST vampire fangs ever. You are amazing! And please write the book!

Funny enough Japanese stationery stores have all sorts of devices for paper corners.
And I actually came to check the description and comments on this video specifically to see if there was a link to find that corner punch online. I could really get some use out of that, especially if they come in various sizes.

Or vacuum form the silverware around my house, some of my kids hot wheels, my foot..... oh the possibilities.

My parents' bought me the School Days Desk in the early 1980's. My parents' have passed away. That brought back some good memories.
I bought one of those Sombrero Punches because I saw this. Yesterday I used it + cardboard + hot glue to make a bunch of tabs on various little boxes, and was able to organize my shop better. Of course I could have just done it years ago with a hobby knife, but the punch makes them look so pro it inspired me to get around to actually doing it. I'm awarding you +2 Organizational Inspiration Points. :)
