2:51 and here is where Coney spoke pure facts
And both Power Stone 2 and MvC2 being on the list is incredible. Those new capcom collections are looking nice now
Coney having not a single fighting game on any platform except for MvC2 and Smash is honestly the most coney thing I can think of.
People talking about the 360 but no one is talking about Coney putting freakin NES World Championships in his top 5 for Switch, above Botw/Totk, Xenoblade 2 and 3, both FE games, Metroid Dread, Luigis Mansion 3, and loads of other Switch games
This creature can’t STAND Zelda
Not picking or even *mentioning* A Link to the Past as one of the top SNES games was actual blasphemy
1000% agree on SSX3. The Super Pipe events where you could just trick to your heart's content made the game extremely memorable and the slopestyle events were great too ❤
Coney ad on a coney video? Never thought I’d see the day
This was the Coney video of all time and I loved every moment of it
If Super Metroid didn’t make the list I’d have lost it lol.
You gotta remember it not only was an amazing game but it was “one of the firsts” with an actual voice line and hearing it is sick on the opening of the game nobody expected that back then.
The fact that WWF no mercy was right there for the N64 and Coney didn’t take it is actually diabolical
17:06 "i don't think the uncharted games are fun to play now" *a cut later, the last of us finds a spot on the list*
"360 doesn't have enough culturally significant games"
Halo & Call of Duty: are we a fucking joke to you?
YOU LITERALLY PIT METAL GEAR SOLID IN PS1 BECAUSE IT “changed everything” but ocarina of time also “changed everything” but isn’t a top game??? Coney what the heck man 😂
PS2 was starting out so strong, and Coneys defense of SSX3 was phenomenal. But no Kingdom Hearts or Ratchet and Clank feels very week
im replaying Banjo & Kazooie now. It's still a bop, it doesn't suck to go back and play.
Time Splitters 2 is such an underrated gem. Loved that game to death, not sure it holds up though.
13:44 bro did a Seinfeld😭😭😭
Coney’s chin goes crazy. He be mewing so much he is becoming mewthree
😭
Mewthree is INSANE dawg 💀
Wind Waker’s absence is not only insane but also hurtful
Shoutout to all of my Halo 2 and Halo 3 warriors. We’re old now, but we’re out here 🫡
21:14 listen i bought persona 5 on january 1st one year and beat it in august, that's just how it goes
Unironically this list actually sucks ass lmfao
11:35 THATS ALL I NEEDED TO HEAR
As Um Jammer Lammy being my favourite game of all time it's was great to see him put it up there even if it was a joke at least it got some recognition
14:56 - Luigi's Mansion still bangs
My personal candidates:
N64 - Doom 64
Dreamcast - Skys of Arcadia, Sonic Adventure 1
Gamecube - Re1 Remake
Wii - Wii Sports Resort, Lego Star Wars: the Complete Saga
WiiU - Wonderful 101, Wind Waker HD
PS4 - Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition, Re2 Remake, Monster Hunter World/Iceborne
Switch - Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Great Ace Attourney Chronicles, Monster Hunter Rise/Sunbreak
PS5 - everything was already covered
Okay fine Armored Core 6 probably
i spent this entire stream trying to come up with a 360 list and all i could think of was skate 3 and ssx3 hd port. he is right i think
Was really hoping I'd see duck hunt on this list. But I underestimated how many games were on the NES
Coney being a shooter for bucky o hare is unexpected
Was not a Xbox kid but Fusion Frenzy is my pick
Coney having an anti-Zelda bias is always so funny in things like this
GameCube list is actually insane. I’d definitely push hard for melee bc I think genuinely even as a casual playing it now as long as you’re with other casuals is still fun. No ttyd is actually the most insane one to me, I’m only halfway through the game and it’s already 3x the experience sunshine was. Idc how much less stacked the system was, bringing up color splash for a list and not ttyd is crazy. Honestly the og paper Mario is probably top 5 on the n64 to go back to too
Coney’s reaction to Persona 5’s time hit me hard in the face dude… 💀
no WSR on the wii list is criminal. unforgivable. how dare you
and dismissing lego city undercover? that game bangs
3:38 the one time I can agree with Coney
I don't know why but seeing the Wii section without either Wii Sport or Wii Sport Resort feels wrong. Those two games are very much replayable in the current day.
7:55 CTR is the best kart game and if they had Mario skins slapped on it there wouldn’t even be a conversation. I will die on this hill.
Saying Zelda Ocarina of Time isn't fun to go back and play is wild. I didn't even actually beat it until I was an adult. I've gone back through it twice now over the past like 8 years and have been thinking about going through it again recently
The Last of Us is unironically very good as just a straight up raw capital V video game
No way he didn't put one of the three Crash games for PS1.
Crash 2 is the best of the three.
Coney doesn't realise that a good majority of people (including me) still think that old retro games, specifically N64 to Dreamcast, are still really fun to play today.
And no way he thinks that Banjo and SA1 aren't fun to play today. Those games are fun as hell.
