One trick that worked perfect here... i make myself a plate of healthy food. Just 1 plate for myself. Go sit on the couch. And my 4 kiddies come rushing wanting bites. One bite after another from mama's plate. YES. This is how my kids found out what i make also actually taste good. Nox they love a good salad with veggies and couscous. It must be one of their favorites. And each kid eats it out of their own bowl too at the table. Another great tip. put the pots and pans right on the table. Have the kids scoop up their own portions. They feel empowered and will eat their food.
I usually don't buy stuff just because I saw an advertisement for it. But in this case, the advertisement won. Going to the store this morning and getting some of those hot dogs.

I also have implemented a "no thank you helping" for my kids if they don't want something. I have five children and they of course, never want the same food. So if they don't want something, they get a spoon of whatever they don't want as a "no thank you helping"! Seems to work!
I totally have an "it's too spicy" kid. Everything is too spicy for him. Even if it's never seen a spice. He told his doctor at his last well check that he liked lots of healthy foods: "hot dogs, bread, and strawberries." That's it. 🙈 🙈 🙈 😂😂😂
Absolutely. My first child ate vegetables..everything we ate. The second one wants to know nothing if the color is green or any other number of reasons she refuses to try new foods. This morning though, we made blueberry pancakes and she did a lot of helping and stirring and sure enough she ate several of them!!
My first had a picky stage when she was a toddler. We went through months of only eating bacon and vegetables crackers , of only eating peanut butter and for years we did not have turkey it was Big chicken. Today she is 35 and a healthy young lady who eats healthy.

All my toddler wants is pizza pizza maybe some nuggets here and there and more pizza..I tried blending veggies in his juice (all he drinks is orange juice and water) but if it’s not the exact color orange or if it taste slightly different he won’t drink it..
My oldest is pretty good with food And my 1 year old as long as you give her white steamed rice with her meal she is good to go. Our middle child is a whole different story. He has a very small list of things he will eat. Most of them not good for him. Try and switch things up and give him something that is healthy but looks the same and he will know. His anxiety shoots thru the roof when it comes to food. We do what we can but some nights he goes to sleep hungry because he wouldn't try a bite of dinner.

Kids really will go all on their own time when they are ready. Have a potty available in the bathroom. Thats all you need to do. My kids just started going on their potty as if it was the most normal thing. Even my twins. All between age 2 1/2 and 3.
My twins are a boy and a girl, my daughter was potty trained a week before they turned 2 and my son wanted nothing to do with it. Waited a year and he was trained in 3 days 🤷♀️
I found it way easier to train the twins than their older brother. The girls seemed to egg each other on. Sibling Rivalry at its best. Good luck, mamma!
2 of my 3 kids are fussy eaters one of them has a major dairy allergy as well so i some how have to fee them a semi vegan diet because its the only way i garentee that i dont make her sick. (all three are under 5 so they share a lot!)
Juanita Bowens I get them at sprouts, wholefoods, and my local store has them. Look in the produce isle where they might keep tofu or veggie based cheese.
I never understand people like you. Please explain to me what's wrong with her doing a commercial every once in a while when she makes hundreds of videos for people to enjoy for free. I'm sure those take a lot of time to film and edit, and probably cost her money to make. I'm glad she's doing an occasional ad so that she can afford to keep creating videos that help people like me stay sane. Funny how people just expect entertainers to not make money.
