Hi Ajay: Nice video with very useful info about checking in your bags at New Delhi metro station itself, if you are traveling by Air India or Vistara. By the way, the area near New Delhi railway station is called "Paharganj" (pronounced "pahaadganj" ) not Praharganj.

Nice to not that in NEW Delhi Metro one can drop the Check In Baggage 12 hours before Flight and the Luggage will reach Delhi Airport on time. I think there was a Similar Proposal also for Dropping such Check in Baggage at Chennai Central Metro. Air India should retain the Old Logo. Air India Seats are really comfortable. Now coming about Air India.. I first travelled in this airlines back in 97, from Delhi to Madras.. It was my first flight journey too..
Currently, Pros in AI - Large place so Spacious, basic food given for free even for 1 hour journey(Indigo does not even offer water), Good Seat Cushioning, Good Cruising (I arrived from Coimbatore to Chennai in 50 min with actual timing being 1h10min) and so on..
Cons in AI - Unclean seats & scratched windows due to old planes, too much of ear blockage due to internal pressure (Doesnt happen in Indigo, Vistara flights), TVs are made dummy (Not in use) so no entertainment, The crew doesn't allow you record anything via camera or phone (I faced the same and they asked me turn off my Action cam which was actually already turned off) and so on..
Next month I am travelling by Air Alliance, a subsidiary of AI... Lets see how that goes..

Dude when did you last travel with Air India within India? I have been travelling for the last 15 years and they never had TV in A320 or A321. Also, you should do some research about why Air India is using such airlines still. They are waiting for delivery of new aircrafts. So you should not blame Tata. Wait for 2 more years.
