I’m so fortunate I got to ride it, I only had one day in Germany and spent it there and got 10 rides on this machine! Incredible ride! Wish we had it in America
Rode it 42 times now and I gotta say, the vibrations were definteley better on opening day than they are now! I hope its some fixable problem! It doesnt bother me as im used to it now but some friends that rode it the first time with me said it was irritating.
Holy cow, I was not expecting this coaster to be this intense. It's basically the Sooperdooperlooper of Europa Park. I want to go to Europa Park right now.
Great POV! Your off-ride b-roll adds so much! Still can't figure out the raise and shake mechanism before the first launch - I think this is built into each row of seats?
@@CubbyTech Nah these systems are very accurate and reliable! And if it somehow gets misaligned it'll be unable to launch. It's just like a drop track, only up instead of down ;). Think it's more expensive to build it into the carts
Thank you 🙂 The first ride wasn't the best. We were in the back row on the outside seats. The amount of vibration somewhat spoiled the experience. After that however, it was great. The car on the first ride must have been having a bad day!
@@XtremeCoasters there's a couple of trains that apparently don't have all the necessary suspension components fitted yet to make it a smooth ride on those trains. Safe to operate of course, but just won't be as comfortable as the other trains.
Cool coaster, but did they just randomly pick a name change from 'The Brown Tornado' or something? I mean, it's a theme park - shouldn't the theme for this ride be actually Voltron??
The full name for the coaster is "Voltron Nevera" powered by Rimac. The coaster and whole area are themed to electricity, hence "volt" in the name. We think it works quite well :)
@@XtremeCoasters Oh, interesting, because there is also an internationally famous and beloved classic animation series called 'Voltron'. The series has achieved legendary status - though perhaps not in Germany?
@@XtremeCoasters It's now ancient anime. Check it out if you like that kind of thing and never seen. Directly ripped off for the Transformers line of products.

I’ve been waiting for you to post this one! Super fun!
Thanks. Yes, it was 🙂

Yes, agree. Our first ride on the back outside seats was not great, but it was much better when we rode in the front middle seats 🙂

Thank you 🙂 The raise and shake feels crazy, it's definitely a unique element.
Doesn't it just raise the track up and down? I could be wrong as I haven't been on this one yet, sadly ;) But that's a technique I've seen before
I'm pretty sure it does not because the LSMs on that segment couldn't handle the repeated movement or potential for misalignment.
@@CubbyTech Nah these systems are very accurate and reliable! And if it somehow gets misaligned it'll be unable to launch. It's just like a drop track, only up instead of down ;). Think it's more expensive to build it into the carts
Wow. Very cool. I'm buying my ticket to Germany Damnit!
It's worth the trip 🙂
Nikola Tesla would be so proud! This park and Mack Rides really hit a home run with Voltron!
Great video how was your first ride on Voltron

@@edwardlack2578 That makes perfect sense, as the front seat ride was almost like riding a different coaster.
Great Mack produkt
Indeed!
Can you do a Pov for hyperia?
@bubbles2428 Hopefully, at some point 🙂 Thorpe Park needs to give us permission before we can film on-ride.
23 and 24 of july i will go in there
Have an amazing time 🙂
Smallest turn loudest screams
That's the GP for you 😂
4½ weeks and I'm there for 3 days :)
Awesome, hope you have an amazing time. It's one of our favourite parks in Europe 🙂
@@XtremeCoasters Yeah I think so, have been there two years ago and I'm veeerrryyy excited for Voltron
