@@3DPrinterAcademyTutorials Well, I can see this one! I love many of your videos by the way, but I don't think I saw one about the marble machine design.. let me go look for it. I'm interested! EDIT: Found it on your other channel! Great stuff!
@@3DPrinterAcademyTutorials So you invented the split screw design? Doubt that. It's like saying my design uses a pin through a hole to join two pieces and anyone that does the same should credit me. All I know is my kits arrive today and I can't wait to build the awesome marble machine Bambu Lab created.
Ok anyone else having a hell of a time putting the elevator track together? It's impossible....links don't snap in as shown in this at all.... frustrating as hell I'm about to toss the whole thing
I found that twisting the two parts and connecting the middle part first helps the others to snap together, but it is quite frustrating and I broke a couple of teeth doing it. Superglue fixed that.
Thanks for the instructional video but it would have been nice if you had different camera angles and maybe showed a close up of the parts before putting them together. Just some feedback for future videos.
Bitte mehr davon ❤ meine Tochter und ich haben das zusammen gebaut und sie ist super glücklich 🎉 Bitte noch mehr davon ! Das sind total super schöne Geschenke 🎁
Having a hard time to put together the rails that snap together. It’s a very difficult tight fit and I can’t get them to snap together . Is there any tip to get them to be able to snap together?
Oh my gosh this marble run has stressed me out completely lmao. Everything is so tight and putting it together is a nightmare. I can’t buy the motor and the marbles so I am gonna use a motor from a rc car but I need to get an adapter for the motor. Anyone know a 3d print?
On my P1S, zero failed prints so far. I'm 95% done with the build at this point, just waiting for more filament. Bambu printer or not, I think everyone would enjoy this build.
I have printed out 4 of 11 original plates so far only one issue I’ve had and it was a small tangle in my ams not allowing it to start up a plate not even messing up and existing plate
I am getting this error when I try to slice it in Bambu Studio for my P1S 0.4 nozzle: "Failed to generate G-code for invalid custom G-code. filament_start_gcode Parsing error at line 7: Not a variable name {if activate_air_filtration[current_extruder] && support_air_filtration} ^ Please check the custom G-code or use the default custom G-code."
Dumbest design for the chain. Why not have a two links with holes drilled out that you could slide a piece of filament through instead of this terrible design of wrestling this and breaking the teeth of the chains? And the motor is grossly underpowered. What a complete joke.
Why would Bambu do that? It's a product they designed to be downloaded from their webpage and optimized for their customers printers. They could care less about the competition other than beating it. It's how life works.
@@cartergraves7790 So did Prusa, Creality, Sovol, etc. What's your point? At the end of the day, the files are 3MF format so they should open up in just about any slicer. The fact that Bambu markets a file set they created for their users, to their users is an issue? Y'alls feel entitled to it? 🤡
Uh, it does. Download the 3mf file, open it in Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer (maybe PrusaSlicer too), then click File > Export > Export All Objects as STL… The instructions are on the page with the model, in the menu that opens when “Download or Print” is clicked.
Bambu Lab is a genius, this looks like a lot of fun for family project.
I like the split screw mechanism to join pieces together.
they took the idea from my design: th-cam.com/video/MeP63ua_Wwg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TNkl7_89ow9NsXNe
Bambu Lab is hiding my comments. They took the screw connector from my marble machine design.
@@3DPrinterAcademyTutorials I guess they saw your instagram post and I hid it. I can see your comment

That looks fun. Would love to here the sound of the machine too.

After breaking several I realized if you snap them together opposite of how they show in the video it works.
Reprinted the tracks at least 3 times…that’s how many I broke. The element needs to be redesigned.
When i saw the first pic, i thought it was print in place and i was really impressed

Jeesh....my pencil holder needs to be redesigned. This just made my brain quit.
I can see someone having hours of fun with that. In fact I could have have hours of fun with that.
What a great set up! Are you doing any extensions/ add-ons for this?
Perfekt 😀👍
this looks very smiliar to something I saw before...
right?!

There is little notches and the start with x ing them
@BambuLab I'm having problems with the track treads hitting something and stopping, any suggestions?

I broke my start line on accident
Bonjour quelles billes utilisées ? merci
which motor is used here?
The one they sell on there website
everything to tight, and the motor they sell is to weak. so actually for 10 bucks you buy a couple of plastic balls.
I wonder how long this would take to print on my printer? And how many failed prints along the way 😅

I split into 7 build plates for different colors. 4-6 hours per plate on P1S. I'm going to do a build a video with my kids.

*yawn* then post a link to the “stolen” model to support your allegations.
Why the need to be cunty? Link the “original” design, then.
