I wish merola had pink 4x4 with cove and trim pieces. Im planning on doing the same floor tile only with kit the squiggly lines. And i have a pink cast iron yub to set. Im so happy i came across this video series.
One thing no one mentions when talking about redguard, especially the DIYers, is to watch out for where the redguard will end up. If redguard ends up in area where tile will not be covering you will have a major issue off it bleeding through your mud, primer or paint. Have seen two cases where my customers have done their part and then they call me wondering "what is that red hew bleeding through and how to address it".
Excellent video as always, ..... BUT THE ENDING, you got me, lol I was like Who T.F. is that 😂😂 I had to look twice lol I'm cracking up lol, priceless.
Just curious as why you didn't layout and cut all those tile before you mixed the thinset? Seems like a long time to let it sit before using. I know it has a long pot life but...

Have no fear 😆 it really only sat for 25 minutes before using. But yeah mixing right before setting makes more sense 👍
