These online loopstation battles are so fun, I hope we get a spacetime loop legends event sometimes after GBB or whenever. I would be so hyped to see MB14, Tom Thum and others try this format out, but hopefully with more than 1 minute rounds.

The amount of people and reactors that totally miss Robin's neigh and moo beat in his barn round astounded me even more.
No one knew at the time, but i really think this is one of the best loop battles ever. Online format is better for looping battles IMO

Understand that but the difference between quality of performing and mixing the sounds still goes to Thorsen(2016). The difference between level of sounds recorded on loop station and live beatboxing is to big. We also cant see progression in Robin rounds he just build up something and finish with it. It's a beautiful music and singing but this is not enough for loopstation battle. Loop skills, good mix and compression are minus point not bcs Robin, bcs other loopers out there who can do it better and one of them win the competition.

KBA's 1st sounds like every barn rave in the UK from the 90s till present day. Phenomenal
I haven't felt so.. emotional about looping ever before. I love both performers and their music. The more I replay this the more I think I've never and will never hear anything this good again. And how nice people they are. I would never want to judge this, No WAY.
My soul says Robin winner but my dark battle side says KBA winner hah, i want moreee of their rounds, sick music from both of them.
But also both of them are at GBB now so it's gonna be harsh for them to prepare, specially for KBA who just found out.
Good luck for both , for me this battle is the best of the whole event until now 🔥❤️, pure fire and good music.

Robin wins 1,000,000% off musicality and KBA wins off production. Robin definitely takes it for me though, love his style, versatility, and originality. He is paving the future for this format of battle

I'm definitly not sure who is going to win this. Imo it could go both ways since kba had probably the best battlemoves in a loopstation battle ever. Either way both deserve the win here and it really comes down to personal preference.
Robins second round is the best thing I have ever heard on loopstation and one of the best in music in general. Reeps said in 2019 we weren't ready for the evolution of loopstation and he was on the money, that was a freaking song.
This was a very crazy battle and I'm glad I enyoyed it so much

Finally found the words to describe how I feel about this battle. KBA did a really good job at doing something that already existed but in a new way. While it's cool, it's not new and it feels like anyone could learn to do it because it's mostly technicality. Robin's rounds have soul and emotion that cannot (and was not in KBAs second round) be replicated. The originality and feeling Robin's rounds present are overwhelming musical and powerful and this is why Robin wins for me

KBA for next level battle moves and perfect counters. That over emotional singing robin does is only going to get so far on top of that the lyrics in robins first roung were so corny its not even funny.

@@stopdroolin8418 idk about perfect counters, like I imagine counters are harder on loop station so I respect it, but his counter didn't blow me away. I think being musical and knowing how to structure beats is all you need to win and Robin is on another level imo when it comes to that. As proof, he's the only person in the semi final who is only using 1 device, everyone else has 2-4 and they still don't sound as good. The lyrics might be corny to you but all he was mostly just saying was KBA no KBB lol simple lyrics that got the point across and I thought it worked well

It sort of takes away from it when you’ve heard it already and somebody tells you “hey you missed the Batman theme song counter” and it’s sort of like “oh… ok I guess” but in the moment, as soon as he said “call me Batman you are second to me” I was like “is he gonna do it?” Sure enough, mind blown
