The GTI is definitely the quickest. It kept pulling on me on the straight and then I checked the acceleration numbers, it’s much better than the others
So much faster!!
I've got to love that the GTI is hidden behind a pay wall. Always amazing to see pay 2 win in a retail game. And you can't even tune the others to be closer to it.
It'll get nerfed at some point!
@@ConnerSpeed6i doubt it. Bone Shaker in FH4 never got nerfed and still dominating A Class in FH5.
@@HansGruberX1this is a bit different. They won't nerf PI on a specific car, but the featured multiplayer lobbies have upgrades applied to each car to try to balance them. They can easily remove upgrades to put cars in check
@@Harmonic14 but thats not how they do it. None of the Cars with lower ratings get tuned in a Multiplayer lobby and never will. I played enough Forza titles. I know Turn10 damn well. They also not gonna Nerf it. They never nerfed any Car in previous Games. They will ban certain Cars from Online Lobbies like they did with the Hotwheels Cars in FH4. But for whatever reason added them back in in FH5. They never gonna Nerf or Ban the VW because lots of People will Pay2Win.
They will be addressing the BoP soon after they release more planned fixed 🤞
I dont get what the restrictions are on the Touring Car Series. Forza need to update it to show clear restrictions. Some PI are at 720 (The Golf), some maxed out at 709 (The Audi LMS). I dont get it.
It is completely dependent on each car. The TC categor doesn't have a max PI, each car does. You'll need to test each car by doing it in free play by setting car restrictions to "Forza Touring Car" and adjusting PI until you can't use the car you are building anymore.
The fact it's a car pass car (so DLC) doesn't help it's case either.

How can I use my upgraded car in Touring series? Everytime i go into a lobby, my mods get reset to the preferred upgrades? Is there a reason it keeps getting reset? While others can use upgrades?
You can't. If you go to featured multiplayer, and select Touring Car, you MUST use a car that is in the "Forza Touring Car" division!
It has to be within the Touring Car Spec which is specific to each car. The Veloster for example has a max PI of A700
im sure cause the game has just came out and you can get the premium version earlier, its not gonna be perfect right of the bat , there are gonna be some things that are a bit broken and bugy but im sure all of these will polish out with updates and bugfixes etc

Does this take into account when you go into spec racing the cars get homologated? The Civic starts out in a class, but when you go into the spec race, The car gets homologated to S-Class.
This is all based on the Touring Car division, yeah!
And about levorg? I ooved the idea of LEVORG being part of the game, they need add now some old school BTCC cars

Fun fact: hardcore BTCC fan here so hear me out. The date 2017 on the Vauxhall Astra name is actually wrong since, it didn’t have the livery on that car that year. It’s the year after.
Also the Subaru being slowest makes so much sense since irl it had the slowest straight line speed of all the cars in the BTCCand has had several handicaps because of its shape.
The space in the chassis meant it’s center of gravity was so good, that it even if it hit a kerb hard it would be just as quick through the corners. In 2018 the regs changed getting rid of its center of gravity advantage. Either way the levorg is the most successful estate race car in history

Yeah, man. The time benefit of running Mediums just isn't enough compared to the minimal lap time gap to hard. Especially at the end when the tires quite literally fall off a cliff LMAO!

Yes. As long as they are in the Touring Car division and within the PI restriction.

Ngl Try the RS3 LMS, not as good on the straight, but with a little bit of tuning it is the best cornering car. I was passing GTI's like they were standing still in the corners.

I'm not sure why but I have had many wins in online driving the veloster. I love using it, even though it has lower PI.
The Veloster has immense handling! It's rather good. Especially with the right tune

Unfortunately touring lobbies are pay to win at the moment, I don't have the GTI because it costs money money and not game money. Last night I put the Merc on pole at Silverstone and the GTI in second got a better start than me. Even though I had a little bit better pace I couldn't really get within range on the straights :(

wouldnt you get faster times using wheel ? realistically
I just ran a quick test. Got my wheel all set up and it feels great. Was 0.200 slower on the wheel compared to a lap on the controller that I set BEFORE running laps using the wheel. Very close!!!

I just took the Levorg out and did a 1:01.668 on my second lap soooo use whatever you want people.

They can definitely be beat. Out if the box, it's the fastest, but with tunes and good driving, any of the other cars can beat it.
@@ConnerSpeed6 depends on the Track tho. I can beat the Audi with my Corvette C7 on Virginia Raceway but its just impossible on Lime Rock and Barcelona. The Audi is just way faster as the Corvette C7

Why is there no public lobby's or abc online racing
There are tons of public lobbies, and some class racing. You have to go into Featured Multiplayer and complete three Qualifier events before you unlock everything!
The GTI is p2w... period!
