I would advise against enabling Fast-Travel with anything and everything... It'll hinder you in the long-run! Whilst factions kill eachother off, resulting in new random-blood% spawns in some areas... There are large areas that don't have anything to kill off the populace other than You, traversing through the area... You'll increase your odds of having High-blood% spawns and run across random Caravans (holding Good loot) etc if you have to at least "Treck" back home... Once you've a horse, the treck home isn't all that arduous either :)
