- Miami vs Cal Highlights (California vs Miami Football) | 2024 College Football Highlights. Miami Football and Cal Football played in week 6 of the 2024 College Football Season.

Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other TH-camrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Anyone who says that wasn't targeting is either a Miami fan, bet on Miami, or is one of those "back in my day" types who don't care about player safety.
To clarify since people can't figure out how to read previous comments:
1. I'm not a fan of either team, I just think its really dumb when calls that seem obvious are missed.
2. Cal blew the lead and the targeting was not the sole determining factor. I would've literally said the same thing if Cal had targeting against Miami and it wasn't called.
3. I think a lot of the roughing the passer bs is soft as hell, but targeting seems pretty cut and dry for player safety.

I work overnight and went to work when this game was 38-18 in the 4th quarter. I thought it was over (Cal hadnt been stopped all night). I get notifications at like 1:30 in the morning that Miami won.

Outside of the SEC you need old school teams that logos carry weight and their programs have been down for many years like Miami, USC, Notre dame, Michigan, FSU, BYU, Nebraska, and Colorado to rise again from the ashes to make this sport fun to watch again. What good is a sport when you keep watching the same two or three teams penciled in for a championship before the season even starts, At least now they have to work harder for a national championship. NIL has also helped to level the playing field but that's good for the players that have made these wealthy TV networks billions of dollars for decades now.
I dont care for a lot of these teams that I mention but I want all of them to be good because the NFL just doesn't move me anymore other than to place bets

Hearing about the game would make you think Cal just blew it but in reality they never had the game. They was only up because of big mistakes by the Canes. Once they cleaned up the mistakes they got in gear and played Miami football. You can’t say Cal was outplaying them when they gave up so many 4th downs

How many times does this have to happen before coaches learn that if it's 4th and X and you call a pass play, you need to throw the ball at least X yards down the field? 4th and 2 and you call a play designed for a 1 yard pass ... and that's exactly what you get. When the offense executes the play to perfection and you still fail to get a 1st down, that's your first clue that you have no idea how to call plays on 4th down. Ugh.
