No more constraining parts on Add Component, but you can with Assemble, but no Preview. But Add component still has Preview, utterly worthless without being able add constraints. The direction seems to be “design like you would model clay”.

Nice feature, but the new sketcher still sucks donkeyballs compared to legacy sketcher.
