This 1988 Island Packet 27, in excellent condition. This boat has a lot to offer as it has had much done in upgrades and maintance during 2011, at a cost of $45,000. The upgrades include a new mast and standing rigging, Lazy Jack and Stack-Pak system for main, Facnor roller furling system for genoa, new factory cushions, new GPS chart plotter, new A/C, recently refinished exterior teak, fresh bottom paint and much more. Boat was kept in fresh water lakes in Wyoming and Colorado for the last five to ten years. These fine boats are a real joy to own and sail.
