Hi Veena good option eggs look nice n yummy can it be kept in the fridge or do we hv to keep it in the freezer 😊thanks for the tutorial
My pleasure, Jean. Thanks for the appreciation. And no, not the freezer. Store the E eggs in the fridge. Especially if you live in a hot country like India. The chocolate coating will melt and become sticky at room temperature.
Hi Veena aunty 🙋
Dis is pervin from aamchi mumbai
Needed yr advise n suggestion for my version of marzipan easter eggs. Kindly let me know if am wrong
First will mk marzipan as per yr recipe
Then will melt dark chocolate n mk a covering shell wid help of silicone mould
Once d shell sets firmly den add small balls of marzipan so it fits in d mould n den cover wid chocolate n allow to set in fridge
Once dun remove from mould n decorate
Watz yr opinion about dis version Veena aunty ? Kindly let me know plz
Thank u 🙏
You're welcome, Pervin. Yes, of course you can make a marzipan filled chocolate Easter egg. This was going to me my recipe for next Easter! But you're going to beat me to this! The only advice I would like to give you though is to use compound chocolate. Because if you don't temper real chocolate correctly, it will become a sticky lump and not set at all. And also, you could chill the marzipan in the fridge, not freezer, before using it to stuff into the egg shells. OK?
Nutritious Easter eggs recipe
Thanks a lot, Dulcina, for your appreciation.
Hi.Veena how many easter eggs can we make with this quantity. Also can we use cocoa powder instead of chocolate. Please advise
Ismenia, I've made a mix of different kinds of Easter eggs for the purpose of the video. But if you make all hand moulded ones, you could divide the mix accordingly into as many parts as you want. If you're going to use moulds, it depends on the size of the moulds. If your moulds are the mini-egg types, you could get around 20-24 half eggs. If the moulds are like the Kinder Joy kind, you would get fewer eggs, say, around 14 half eggs or 7 whole eggs. And you could use a mix of cocoa powder, milk, and butter to make a thick chocolaty paste for the uncoated eggs. For the coated ones you HAVE to use chocolate.
Hi please share fish masala recipe, like mole kingfish style
Gloria, I don't have any good mole recipe. But you could try out my fish jeerem meerem recipe: th-cam.com/video/ewd_tUPXTIQ/w-d-xo.html ; Goan mackerel curry recipe: th-cam.com/video/XEdcNTlihSM/w-d-xo.html ; and my regular Goan fish curry, with pomfrets: th-cam.com/video/uu4VGzV4DVM/w-d-xo.html
Can we use cashews instead of almonds
Yes, Diana. Like I mentioned in the video there are many ways in which you can customise/modify the video according to your preferences. Instead of almonds, you could use cashew nuts, walnuts, or even peanuts.
❤😍
