Fished in your area Thursday. 28 degrees when we launched. You are totally correct on the ice fishing suit. You have to play it safe when it’s that cold. Thanks for the cold weather advice.

Do you use a leader on your brade straight to the brade

I tie straight to the jig due to the small diameter. Comet from from Sniping braid is the best

Not all 10LB are equal. try Comet from Sniping braid. no joke
