Loads of 5 steps to turn around a failing project. There are so many insights to reflect upon. Thank you, Dr. Mike Clayton. Yes, I think even our optimistic attitude, ethical attitude, and humility/servant leadership without being slavish or lavish, would help us to turn a failing project into a huge success. Doing the right thing at the right time and getting the foundations correct would immensely make ny project a huge success. Thank you so much. There are plenty of insights to imbibe and reflect on this short training.
Hello again. I just read an interesting assigned reading for my American Public University Leadership graduate school 605 course. It was titled "Not quite a revolution: Scrutinizing organizational neuroscience in leadership studies" (2013) and authored by Dirk Lindebaum and Mike Zundel from the University of Liverpool Management School. I had never heard of this educational institution here in America, although I have heard of a rumor that a pretty good band hails from that particular city.
The University of Liverpool has an excellent reputation and the city is a wonderful place. Are you talking about Frankie Goes to Hollywood or Echo and the Bunnymen - or the other one? Gerry and the Pacemakers. Ohhh - you mean Flock of Seagulls. Yes. Liverpool is famous for the Beatles and a lot of fabulous drama.
@@Onlinepmcourses LOL. I actually saw A Flock of Seagulls open for The Police way back in the fun 1980s. Great concert! The former's Bands Reunited episode was great too!

@@urbanlegendsandtrivia2023 The Police: Geordies. The University of Newcastle is also very good.
