    Hello I have Lorenza a paid theme. I’ve done everything, how do you Actually at the color swatches to the product page?

      Welll --- it would be in the themes settings IF that theme has this option built in (not all themes do, and if they do, it is normally already set to be on as the default), I have not personally used Lorenza so I don't know if that one has it or not, if not then it needs to be hard coded into your theme (which often times, a new theme would actually be less expensive, BUTTT then you are starting over and lose any customizations/special features you love from this theme too - so).... if the theme has it, it would be in your theme customizer settings (product page and/or collection page settings).

    Thanks for the video. I have a question. If I have blue wood, blue sky, and ocean blue.. how can I add the custom swatch (with screenshot) without having to display Blue wood, blue sky or ocean blue. Just showing BLUE in the product page and the customer will see the screenshot of the coulour as you did. Thanks!

      Unfortunately - at least out of the box in terms of your theme - this isn't possible. Each theme uses the variant title as it is to match up with the appropriate swatch. That said, with some coding dev, one might be able to say 'anytime a variant is blue sky - replace that on the product page with just blue' - we have not had a request like this so I'm not 100% certain but we can checkout and quote for you if you are wanting - just shoot us an email at welcome@hotmesshustle.com

    I suppose this works on the Debutify theme?

      Not all themes have color swatches built in, and I haven’t worked with Debutify in particular to know if that one does. But so far any theme that uses them - these would be the instructions :)! Tech is always changing though and there are hundreds of themes so you never know for sure - but the theme does have to already have the option for color swatches hard coded in.

    And also do you know how to add a video to my theme if it doesn’t have custom html code or a video section ?

      @HotMessConsulting  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm assuming you're talking about on the homepage. If your theme has a section for featured page (then the video can be embedded on that page) - is one idea - or the video can just be hard coded in exactly where you want it by a developer!

    Does this work with any theme?
    I can't seem to get my color swatches to work.

      Not all themes have color swatches - but if it's a theme that does it should work yes!! They generally all work the same! We do offer a 30 minute screenshare training option if you'd like our help!! No pressure though! You could try different file types - png vs jpg -- but also make sure you pay attention to case, the files should usually be all lowercase and light blue needs to be light-blue .. not Light-Blue or lightblue etc. Very particular!

    Hi I followed you exactly on the rozzy theme but now working :(

    • @HotMessConsulting
      @HotMessConsulting  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmm - we'd have to dig in with you to see why it isn't working. We do offer 1-1 screenshare training sessions for only $125/hour. Or if you can record what you've done - like on loom.com - we can see if we can spot the issue that way!

    Can someone help I can't get it to work

    • @HotMessConsulting
      @HotMessConsulting  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      We'd have to figure out exactly where you're stuck! Can you explain further? Or make us a loom.com video showing what you are doing? We might be able to pinpoint the issue that way - or we do offer one-on-one screenshare training (just $75/30 minutes, and you can save unused minutes for future questions too) - no pressure on that but often it's easier to walk you through it :)!
