Actually it comes due to the extra rubbing of axle wheel's belt which rotates to generate the power through the alternator,because this is a icf rake so the self generating system is enhanced in the axles of the coaches

If a flat spot is small it is no problem. If it is large there is a chance of derailment. It is caused by emergency braking

This track sounds are from the brake shoe when the train goes down its no need acceleration to maintain MPS brake are applying very less. That is the sound come. Ok.
