This video features The Lachlan Valley Railway (LVR) 3237 steam locomotive, being transferred to Orange East Fork, Orange NSW. The locomotive and train are recorded from Huntley NSW to Orange East Fork, Orange NSW and includes the reversing into Orange East Fork to stable the locomotive.

Have they built a shed for it there? I hope they have good security.

Alot of security fencing is now around the depot area. Pluss the security fence protecting the main corridore area, around the perimiter of Orange East Fork from the public. In terms of a shed, doesn't seem to have a roundhouse building shelter at this stage.

@@MolongRailwayAdventures I must say I am nervous for LVR. No shed and out in the open, no matter how good security is is a risk. I hope and pray that they get a shed soon for all their rolling stock up there. Lots of people have put lots of hours into it all.

@@jimmynswgr I agree. LVR member have worked hard on locomotive, rolling stock and the OEF depot in such a small time. However it would be better to build a proper round house building as soon as posibble. Lets hope it is seen in the next three months or within the next year 🤞.

As far as i know we're meant to be rebuilding the roundhouse to original standard and temporary shed for the p class.
