Thank you so much Pam. I am so, so, so excited for everything about to happen in 2024. I can just feel it already. I can feel that things are manifesting way, way more quickly. I can feel the energy and it is so exciting and just magical. Just the last 2 weeks my eating habits have shifted like major out of the blue .. I use to eat quite a bit of chicken & beef, and now all my body wants is lentils, fruit, nuts eggs, and salmon. I'm literally living on fruit and nuts and lentils everyday and my body is so happy with this. Thank you! xx
weird, i was craving salads and had a little pasta and eggplant and it was more than enough. I usually have alot of chicken, still like pork but satisfied with fruits and veggies and alot of colors on the plate, and I made lentil soup today, how funny

The last 3 years for me have been a string of huge challenges, changes & non-stop resilience to both change & adapt. I have recently begun to look forward to 2024 with calm excitement as the Year in which all that I have been working toward in this lifetime will finally "gel" (perhaps like the gel phase of water). My 60th birthday is in January. I was born in the Year of the Dragon, and next year IS the Year of the Dragon, as you say - so I’m super excited! However, this past year of metamorphosis has left this caterpillar in a big pile of mush, not recognising who I’m becoming (yet)! As an American citizen myself, I feel the need to correct you on the way you describe the political system of the U.S.A. It is not "our democracy (mob rule)" that is being threatened, but our Constitutional Republic, which protects our God-given inalienable individual rights. I love that you speak of Veda Austin. On a very simple and practical level, I have 2 cats that can have their issues with one and other. I put a cork pad under their water bowl with the words Calm Harmony written on it. There is been a noticeable effect on them after I did that.
You and the neighbour's dog telling cat jokes🤣. I watched Nancy Rebecca's Lyran video, I'm definitely that star seed...my family calls me the cat whisperer. You're right about those that have felt the other side. I was fortunate enough to experience it when I was suddenly surrounded by a white cloud. It all happened in a split second but I knew that where I lived, my home town, was not my home. I felt a love that was sheer bliss and a home sickness that has stayed with me going on 45 yrs.

My 60th birthday is in January. I was born in the Year of the Dragon, and next year IS the Year of the Dragon, as you say - so I’m super excited!
However, this past year of metamorphosis has left this caterpillar in a big pile of mush, not recognising who I’m becoming (yet)!
You talked about needing an anchor, to centre ourselves and I am using the image of a butterfly to do just that. I’m putting butterflies on my walls, fridge, mobile phone,computer…!
It’s what we’re all becoming - and AI etc. is only ever a reflection of Our Divine Greatness. Which, of course, is always evolving… And therefore will always be a step ahead of new technologies like AI…

As an American citizen myself, I feel the need to correct you on the way you describe the political system of the U.S.A. It is not "our democracy (mob rule)" that is being threatened, but our Constitutional Republic, which protects our God-given inalienable individual rights. Communists and authoritarians love mob rule so they can trample on individual rights that we were all born with.

I love that you speak of Veda Austin. On a very simple and practical level, I have 2 cats that can have their issues with one and other. I put a cork pad under their water bowl with the words Calm Harmony written on it. There is been a noticeable effect on them after I did that.
You and the neighbour's dog telling cat jokes🤣. I watched Nancy Rebecca's Lyran video, I'm definitely that star seed...my family calls me the cat whisperer. You're right about those that have felt the other side. I was fortunate enough to experience it when I was suddenly surrounded by a white cloud. It all happened in a split second but I knew that where I lived, my home town, was not my home. I felt a love that was sheer bliss and a home sickness that has stayed with me going on 45 yrs.

My head is spinning. But in a good way. I walked outside earlier to let my dog out, it was morning and I don't know what was going on with the light but it was different and I said so out loud. It was welcoming, comforting, just not normal. I didn't want to come inside.
I am so grateful to you Pam for everything you say, study, do, share with us. Today I think I really felt like so many of us are coming closer together. Its a feeling that's still with me. It's kind of like a feeling of belonging and some of the fear has dissipated. I need to bite the bullet and purchase your two teaching videos on charts.
