Trees are so very important and scared. Humans have taken so many trees thru deforestation - changing wind/weather patterns. What an excellent message to share with us 💚🩵 I recently started doing this guided meditation where I am laying at the base of a big glorious tree (my favorite is willow so I imagine that.) and you imagine feeling your energy and the tree merging, rooting yourself. Then you imagine a light coming from each chakra, you focus on one chakra at a time & saying affirmations for each chakra. At the end I was basically hallucinating. Not literally but I've never had such strong true sight or even if it was my imagination, my imagination isn't that clear. It was pretty cool & I look forward to it every night. Due to the fact that I have electromagnetic frequency sensitivities, we have about five energy meters,,,EMF make up about half of them. I have had to live by my meters since 2006/07, when I was poisoned by three cell towers (that were triangulating and they missed their mark and went through our house instead. I became extremely ill.) The meters have shown us that in the past week plus, EMF have greatly increased. As I am a sensitive, this means that I am now spending much more time in our basement. I am pretty much barefoot 24/7. On the beach in the sand, I find I can feel Gaia "breathe". A literal inhale and exhale. When there are waves, it coordinates and intensifies the experience. Hence so many people on the beach have their spirits lifted. You see people who are never happy, smile! My biggest concern has been for many years the major disaster that would happen if our power grids collapse. Sure there are people living off the grid. But most people don’t want to do that and can not do that because of their bad health and other reasons. I do know that we could protect our power grids. And there are people that have worked at getting our representatives get that done. Sure it would cost billions of dollars. But our govt wastes more taxpayer money than that. So we have the money to do it. And we really can’t afford not to do that. It’s important to not give up on contacting our politicians. Roger Spur explained this to me years ago. When they keep grounding electricity into earth instead of letting circuits complete then the charge into the earth builds and builds. We are due for a "discharge" because it only makes sense. So, yes, we individually must ground ourselves but the electrical grid is going to blow eventually

Last night my body couldn’t regulate body temperature at all whatsoever. Husband almost took me into the hospital because it was so bad. It finally let up around 4am but it was hell. Everything happening right now is connected to everything else. Including our species physical and mental health. We all need to ground and focus on what we CAN control. ❤
@ really?!? That’s crazy!! It came out of nowhere for me, one minute I was fine and the next it was like my body was on fire. I soaked my clothes instantly but literally a minute or two later I’d get goosebumps everywhere and was so freezing cold that my teeth were chattering and I could barely move. It would cycle every 2-3 minutes for hours. Husband had to carry me into the shower and hold me in there to help my body regulate. I kept falling asleep so he just held me for hours in there and kept refreshing my ice packs and the water’s temp. He said I was super super pale too. I woke up feeling just fine though, scared to death that it might restart, but I’m just fine so far. I went to college for my EMT degree and my mom is an RN so I have a healthy medical knowledge. What happened was weird, even given my medical background. I had zero other symptoms!

Considering our current development there is no reason every human and building should be without lights and fans. It's pretty simple really I have solar lights in the backyard all is needed is a indoor fixture that is a skylight that charges during the day and becomes a light after dark. What an excellent message to share with us 💚🩵 I recently started doing this guided meditation where I am laying at the base of a big glorious tree (my favorite is willow so I imagine that.) and you imagine feeling your energy and the tree merging, rooting yourself. Then you imagine a light coming from each chakra, you focus on one chakra at a time & saying affirmations for each chakra. At the end I was basically hallucinating. Not literally but I've never had such strong true sight or even if it was my imagination, my imagination isn't that clear. It was pretty cool & I look forward to it every night. Due to the fact that I have electromagnetic frequency sensitivities, we have about five energy meters,,,EMF make up about half of them. I have had to live by my meters since 2006/07, when I was poisoned by three cell towers (that were triangulating and they missed their mark and went through our house instead. I became extremely ill.) The meters have shown us that in the past week plus, EMF have greatly increased. As I am a sensitive, this means that I am now spending much more time in our basement. I must wear my silver material veils to be outside. This is a real heartbreak for me, as my passion is my large native medicinal garden. I am pretty much barefoot 24/7. On the beach in the sand, I find I can feel Gaia "breathe". A literal inhale and exhale. When there are waves, it coordinates and intensifies the experience. Hence so many people on the beach have their spirits lifted. You see people who are never happy, smile! And often there is a storm out to sea and the lightening seems to give us an extra boost of energy. Dogs on the beach are deliriously happy.

There have been tiny bits of evidence in my home for the last few weeks. TV remote quit for a week, then decided, on its own, to go back on. Same for my computer, doing full shutdowns without my input. Animal life, usually full of deer, squirells, birds, etc. has essentially disappeared on my lot, and I miss them. My dream life is way up! My biggest concern has been for many years the major disaster that would happen if our power grids collapse. Sure there are people living off the grid. But most people don’t want to do that and can not do that because of their bad health and other reasons.
I do know that we could protect our power grids. And there are people that have worked at getting our representatives get that done. Sure it would cost billions of dollars. But our govt wastes more taxpayer money than that. So we have the money to do it. And we really can’t afford not to do that. It’s important to not give up on contacting our politicians. But the only thing people seem to worry about is the cost of eggs and where to go on their next vacation. We could get it gone if enough people would do this.

Roger Spur explained this to me years ago. When they keep grounding electricity into earth instead of letting circuits complete then the charge into the earth builds and builds. We are due for a "discharge" because it only makes sense. So, yes, we individually must ground ourselves but the electrical grid is going to blow eventually

Last night my body couldn’t regulate body temperature at all whatsoever. Husband almost took me into the hospital because it was so bad. It finally let up around 4am but it was hell.

@ really?!? That’s crazy!! It came out of nowhere for me, one minute I was fine and the next it was like my body was on fire. I soaked my clothes instantly but literally a minute or two later I’d get goosebumps everywhere and was so freezing cold that my teeth were chattering and I could barely move. It would cycle every 2-3 minutes for hours. Husband had to carry me into the shower and hold me in there to help my body regulate. I kept falling asleep so he just held me for hours in there and kept refreshing my ice packs and the water’s temp. He said I was super super pale too. I woke up feeling just fine though, scared to death that it might restart, but I’m just fine so far. I went to college for my EMT degree and my mom is an RN so I have a healthy medical knowledge. What happened was weird, even given my medical background. I had zero other symptoms!

Considering our current development there is no reason every human and building should be without lights and fans. It's pretty simple really I have solar lights in the backyard all is needed is a indoor fixture that is a skylight that charges during the day and becomes a light after dark. If anyone has noticed a attic vent on the roof ...solar and wind tech could spin a ceiling fan. It doesn't sound hard or like it's much when not faced with a outage but it's cheap and would help a lot if someone would manufacture them.

The way we treat our Earth also has an effect on the electrification process that could lead to such a serious event. There is much to be learnt in the wisdom of civilisations that came before us. Particularly from the extremely enlightened Olmech's and Mayan's who understood living in harmony with the Earth helped to stabilise it's energy fields.
