It's okay to keep cross examine and study anything in the Quran, the answer will bring you closer to your Creator.

      @aaishaismail5717 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

True! And in fact I would suggest cross examining everything. Why follow blindly, when all the answers are there!
I was questioned by a non- Muslim friend, why do I follow Islam
Is it because I was blessed enough to be born into it alhamdulillah
Or because I actually truly wanted to
It led me through a whole journey of learning that isn’t complete yet many years later, but
I’m infinitely thankful for that trigger
Because now I don’t just say I believe
I do my best to understand
      Why

    • @cosmiccruxbot3841
      @cosmiccruxbot3841 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@abbasnguma6646 ... That is completely false my friend... The Koran explicitly FORBIDS questioning matters of the faith and furthermore warns of APOSTASY if your questioning persists...
      Here Read...
[5.101] *_"...O you who believe! do not put questions ABOUT THINGS WHICH IF DECLARED TO YOU MAY TROUBLE YOU, and if you question about them when the Quran is being revealed, they shall be declared to you; Allah pardons this, and Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing..."_*
[5.102] *_"...A people before you indeed asked such questions, and then became disbelievers on account of them...."_*
Islam is a religion of fear and unquestionable submission.
The question now arises if people are willing to use their God-given faculties of logic and reason or forego and sacrifice them on the altar of Blind Submission...
The choice is ultimately yours... but quit blowing smoke in your own eyes as well as others with such lies.
      Peace....

@@aaishaismail5717 Obviously my dear sister you were not aware of the strong commands of Allah to _"believe without questioning"_ .
Read the post above for proof...
Now that you know this fact, what are you going to do about it, is the real question???
      1. You may ignore it
      2. You may conveniently reinterpret it.
      3. You may investigate it and accept it and still carry on believing
      4. You may show integrity and accept what is written but reject this as God's truth.

Instead of reading verses incorrectly you should actually read the Qur'an and you'll realise that we're told to ponder on the words of God and think deeply about the verses so we UNDERSTAND what's going on. Not just "believe without questioning" 🤦 that's something that seperates Islam from every other religion.
23:68- “Have they not PONDERED OVER THE WORD (of Allah i.e. what is sent down to the Prophet)"
38:29- “Do they not THINK DEEPLY in the Qur’an, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding)?”
47:24- “(This is) a Book (the Qur’an) which We have sent down to you, full of blessings that they may PONDER OVER IT'S VERSES, and that men of understanding may remember.”

Following are the few verses in Quran about the Kabah:
2:125 And We made the House a focal point for the people, and a sanctuary. Use the shrine of Abraham as a place of prayer. And We commissioned Abraham and Ishmael, “Sanctify My House for those who circle around it, and those who seclude themselves in it, and those who kneel and prostrate.”
2:127 As Abraham raises the foundations of the House, together with Ishmael, “Our Lord, accept it from us, You are the Hearer, the Knower.
2:128 Our Lord, and make us submissive to You, and from our descendants a community submissive to You. And show us our rites, and accept our repentance. You are the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.
22:26 We showed Ibraham the location of the House: “Do not associate anything with Me; and purify My House for those who circle around, and those who stand to pray, and those who kneel and prostrate.”
16:123 Then We revealed to you (Prophet Muhammad) that: “ You follow the religion of Abraham and he was not polytheists.”

These rites are NOT part of Islamic Hajj and Quranic Salat. Important things to note here:
    - Muslims do not worship the cube building (Ka'bah) or the black stone, it's simply a direction for prayer. Before the Ka'bah, all prayers were faced towards Masjid Al-Aqsa, Jerusalem in the occupied lands until God/Allah commanded the last Prophet (peace be upon him) to change the direction for prayer.
    - Muslims do not worship the black stone. The Prophet (pbuh) respected hence we respect it, simple as that.
    - Even if hypothetically the Ka'bah vanished, the prayers will not stop and Muslims would still face that direction. All prayers are directed towards God. Only Allah alone is worthy of worship. He is the Creator of the universe, and He is the Fashioner and Sustainer of all life in it.
    - The Ka'bah was first built built by Adam (pbuh), then it was rebuilt by Ibrahim/Abraham (pbuh) and his son.

@@sosaflex9152 Even in Jesus's time, there was a direction for prayer. The black building is literally the direction to pray. No Muslim prays *to* the black building. No matter how clear you explain to people, it seems they will always just ignore. Before the Ka'bah, it was Masjid Al-Aqsa in Palestine, and God himself in the Qur'an commanded the Prophet to now switch the direction.
"...We assigned your former direction of prayer only to distinguish those who would remain faithful to the Messenger from those who would lose faith. It was certainly a difficult test except for those ˹rightly˺ guided by Allah. And Allah would never discount your ˹previous acts of˺ faith. Surely Allah is Ever Gracious and Most Merciful to humanity."[2:143]
"We have certainly seen the turning of your face, [O Muhammad], toward the heaven, and We will surely turn you to a qiblah with which you will be pleased. So turn your face toward al-Masjid al-haram. And wherever you [believers] are, turn your faces toward it [in prayer]. Indeed, those who have been given the Scripture well know that it is the truth from their Lord. And Allah is not unaware of what they do." [2:144]
You have no idea how beautiful it is that the Muslims in the whole of earth are in unison when they pray. Like why would we pray to Ka'bah lol? Is it God? We now to none but Allah, the All-Mighty, the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, fashioner and sustainer of all life in this universe.

At that time the stone emitted a very bright light and the stone was milky white in color. So that the light of the stone radiated illuminating the surrounding area. The stone become black because it had absorbed many human sins when people surrounded the stone because it had followed actions of the prophet Adam pbuh when prophet Adam pbuh brought down to this earth. The stone it not an idol for Muslim, on the contrary, it is just a direction for the people to pray. The stone just reminds us of the smell of heaven, because the stone comes from heaven. Aameen. True. However, getting a chance to sight the stone and kiss it is not quite easy. That's the reason many people want to kiss it. On the contrary, others think it's worship just because we want to kiss the stone. It's more like how people would do anything just to get a look at an ultra-rare supercar that may be passing them. Does it mean that they're worshipping it? Of course not. It's mostly because the car is very rare and expensive and is also a little more special than the others. But the same still doesn't apply to the black stone. It's a much more special stone than what most of us could think of. Thus, when we get close enough to the stone, we kiss it. Also, as another comment was saying, we must kiss it without having any form of bad intentions :).@@lili13
