-crepe paper (red & black)
-writing materials
-cable tie
-screw driver or anything to make a hole
-cutter
-scissor
-glue gun and glue stick
-colored paper ? Cartolina paper

This is 18 inches, I actually find it a little big, but you can always make it smaller or any size you want. By just adjusting your drawing 🥰🙏

Hi!, what is the name of the tool to make the paper ruffles?

What I'm using is a rubber glove fingertip to but it is to protect my finger from hot glue gun. To make the ruffles just slide the crepe paper a little bit while attaching it to the piñata. Hope it helps, thanks for your comment🥰
