Att the beginning you asked whats best against Garen: PTA, Bone plating + Revitalize to GAREN-TEE prio level 1, Vs Garen I take Ignite and DBlade, play to 3 wave crash then recall for Longsword and look to kill him on the bounce. BORK RUSH or Trinity, Best way to deal with Garen now that Lethal has been removed imo. If he is even with you at 1 item its tough to play against as he can just oneshot you, you must get a lead early!
Ps: Tiamat rush is great against lanes that you loose the all in early, Sion is a great example of this, rush Rav Hydra the live steal is BUSTED against these tanks that beat you in all in and your good to go!
