J really appreciate your vids - you've done a fair old bit to the Jvan... if you had your time again would you just get something like a jayco (prob end up doing just as much..or more) or still do the Jvan? still good in your mind? Love the concept its just the reviews i see about them that put me off... been following you for a while now because these things are stuck in my head... awning seems a shocker..
We love the A-Frame concept and if we did it again we’d probably buy the same van just with the independent suspension. We don’t have the room to get even a pop top into the back yard, though we did consider it. We have a Tebbs awning which isn’t too hard to setup, but it’s not as easy as a roll out one. They all gave their quirks. AVan have plenty of shortcomings but so do plenty of other brands, including Jayco. Like anything though, asses your needs and go from there.
