To be honest, it's what I expected, a bit like Fallout on Amazon Prime, it was trying to ride a line between hardcore fans who knew most of this already, and the greater masses who have no idea (similarly with most of the interviews/filming being done prior to Janel Grant it was either this or just bin everything thus far and wait for the legal case to play out). That being said the documentary kinda reminded me of when the Wall Street Journal originally reported the hush money claims, and outlets like Bloomberg (the business news channel) invited people from WrestleTalk on to explain it - what shocked Bloomberg's host most was how openly known Vince's behaviour was in the wrestling world.

The Fall of Vince McMahon by WrestleTalk was more comprehensive. I enjoyed Vince being hypocritical from his own mouth, but for most wrestling fans we knew most of this already, in greater detail. Even WWE’s slanted Monday Night War was more in-depth.
Great series, I definitely recommend it! I had no expectations going in, and the show pleasantly surprised me. As a WWE fan since 2010, I wasn’t too familiar with the history of the earlier decades, so this was a perfect way to learn more about the Attitude Era, Hulkamania, and the WCW rivalry. The series is very well made - dynamic editing, well-structured storylines, and thoughtfully organized episodes. However, if you're looking for details about the allegations against Vince McMahon, that only comes up in the last episode, and it's covered rather briefly. My rating: 9/10.
I think the point regarding Austin / vince saying they dont belive in CTE is from a point of "its not that bad in the wrestling business unless you are doing something wrong" As Stone cold said, he didnt have too many concussions in his career, and the moves are made to look like you get a blow, but in reality you are fine. Yes he did not have same diving finisher, but the way its being done is not as bad as it seems aka, should not give you a concussion every time. Doctors should have seen it if he was concussed when doing medical checks, during his career. Im sure they will catch these kinds of things if they happened that regularly. But there might be other reasons to how he got the CTE, or as mentioned other reasons he did what he did. Watching it, hearing the explanations from Vince for all, i get where he comes from. Yes he is cold, yes he made some bad decisions in his life. But he was always thinking about the only thing that mattered in his life, his business. He has done x amount of horrible shit, and thats not excuseable, but whenever he made a decision on for the business that may have hurt/screwed over someone else i can respect, because people do these kinds of things for what they love every single day.
It was enjoyable. But because going in everyone should’ve known we would know most things. But it’s nice to see older clips which never seen before. Was good watch
I love how majority of the documentary was Vince trying to justify and make himself looked good, Bruce joining in at the last episode and the director just gave them the middle finger right after.

This was like a WWE history lesson we already knew with like 20min of getting to know the actual Vince
It’s hard to be in Bruce’s shoes, imagine your best friend who would go out of their way to help you out any chance, turn out to be a sick fucking monster that everyone else.
That’s how I feel about my dad who was a leader of gang, he was good to me and buy me things growing up but he would kidnap people and beat them.
What I learned from the doc 1st episode is nobody can top hulk hogan
I think the point regarding Austin / vince saying they dont belive in CTE is from a point of "its not that bad in the wrestling business unless you are doing something wrong"
As Stone cold said, he didnt have too many concussions in his career, and the moves are made to look like you get a blow, but in reality you are fine.
So much respect for Shane!
Also please no AEW debut next week
It was enjoyable. But because going in everyone should’ve known we would know most things. But it’s nice to see older clips which never seen before. Was good watch
Amazing ❤ this video was a GREAT ONE!!!!!!!!! ❤
I love how majority of the documentary was Vince trying to justify and make himself looked good, Bruce joining in at the last episode and the director just gave them the middle finger right after.
What I dont understand is how does wwe move RAW to Netflix in 2025. The first Netflix content they release is the controversy of Vince mcmahon? So are we gonna have 10 years of Netflix showing how bad wwe is?
Dude did you see the documentary 🤔
It’s a documentary for casual fans. Us die-hard already knew these Vince’s facts
And then Vince ended up selling the company taking it away from his kids. Especially Shane
Why did they even have undertaker lose? I always wondered why did they do that. It was the thing keeping wrestlemania relevant
Tony atlas was keeling it 1000 percent 😂 the part with pat Paterson 😂
I feel like they downplayed the greatness of Wrestlemania 17 a little bit. They just glazed over it. Probably my only issue with the series.
It was sooo good. Made me cry, made me angry, made me happy, made me nostalgic, and oof Paul Heyman was amazing.
Vince is the greatest thing that happened to wrestling entertainment! Greatest heel of all time also! And greatest wwe content creator of all time. Triple h is not even close.
Great one this documentary was awesome i thought you would love it
All I know is I want them to bring back the attitude era
That fit is so on brand for Tony Atlas I didn’t even notice until you said something 😂
I started watching the documentary when I saw it a few hours ago, I got bored very quickly probably because most documentaries are boring
I was not a fan of the WWE, but this documentary made me want to be a fan. I absolutely loved it.
Separate the art from the artist. That’s what a lot of people say about Vince. But really it’s quite hard. Vince McMahon pretty much build the modern day wrestling scene we know today.
i wanted them to ask stephanie what she thinks about all the stuff her dad is accused of doing to women
Apparently the great one doesn’t believe in CTE and the effects of it.
Mehn growing up as a kid I love Shane because of his in ring abilities and it hurts me that we can’t see him in the Wwe again. I feel so sad for him honestly 😢
I can’t get enough of that Vince impression!
Tony Atlas was the only person who told the true.
What if Vince putting a disclaimer and trying to buy the documentary was a marketing stunt ?
Whew Vince is exhausting. The man is crazy and believes those storylines are his real life. He can’t separate fact from fiction 🤣😮💨
The show was basically to learn about WWE
I don’t know. Vin man is quite the puppeteer. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this whole docu was written by wwe and Vin man pretended he wasn’t happy. All of the interviews took place before the scandal got out but the scandal was well underway when they started putting this together. This documentary is beating everyone else to the punch. Who is going to create a docu on Vin Man now? Like you say it did detail his life and add the scandal at the end.
really felt sympathy for Vince during the documentary. makes me wish I had a job with AEW or wwe backstage so i can help them
