I watched Nick Groff's new series on Really tonight, but turned it off after 10 minutes as it was constant music(noise!), for me it just ruins it, as silence is way more atmospheric and creepy! Upon reviewing the footage I don't think it's the carpet either, in the moment when your tense and no replays to listen back to, it can be tough to determine what you've just heard.

There are two spirits in my house that i bought a year ago. One a woman and the other a cat. I have seen the woman in daylight. Once she stood at the window to may garage after i pulled in and shut the garage door. She was just staring at me. She had dark shoulder length hair and was around 50 years old. It was not a reflection . Clear as could be.oh i have an alarm system in my house so noone came in and i live with two dogs and a cat. And no the cat ghost us not my cat. It shows up while im holding my cat for instance so there is no doubt. It likes to sleep on my bed with me. I can feel it jump up on the bed and walk around. Another time the woman stuck her head around the corner to look at me while i was sitting on the toilet. It was daylight. Its a bit embarrassing but thats how it happened. Most of the time she stands in the Florida room in the dark. They dont harm me in any way. I dont feel evil at all.
