One of the best investigations you've done! So much happened! To me those footsteps sounded like a little childs footsteps. The fact that the REMpod went off on command too was incredible and that bang you heard in the basement was super loud! This place needs more time investigating because it sounds like SOMETHING is there!! Well done

Holy crap dude. That running was incredible. Thank you for not turning around and legging it like a lot of people would do. Could have been wildlife, could be some other explorers trying to not get caught, but could have been something paranormal. Was pretty intense regardless. edit: man it's still going on. This gotta be your best video so far. Too many coincidences at this point to just dismiss entirely. Banging on command, seemingly intelligent responses with the REM pod. Good stuff.
By my logic, the spirit, maybe Cynthia, is caught upstairs. I think you should have answered her when she asked "Am I dead? Daddy". She might have confused Griff with her father, Griff emitting a father figure feeling, being strong and protective. There might have followed somewhat of a conversation there. Also, I think Griff should have sat on that chair in the upstairs room. Things started happening and evolving whenever Ste sat on the chair from the room he was in. You guys rock! This investigation really seems to tie everything irrefutably. It has the most logic in responses that I've ever seen. Also love that you act as skeptics at the foundation, this gives me the most trust.

I watched Finders Bleepers earlier when they were exploring this house. They heard footsteps and saw a wet footprint on a toilet seat in the area where you were searching when you heard the footsteps. Those footsteps Ste were too heavy for rodents. This house certainly is spooky xxx
Excellent investigation, Ouija Dudes! Jase is correct: rodents scurry, they don't lightly thump! Those were light footsteps, as Ste observed. I wish you'd answered Cynthia's questions, 'What is this?' 'Am I dead?' 'What should I do?' INTERACT! Sometimes ghosts don't understand why you are there, or how to communicate...or even understand that they've passed on. You might get more and better responses if you introduce yourselves, explain what you're about, and have a good old chin-wag with them! :D The evidence you captured is undeniable: the place IS haunted! I hope there's a Part 2, with a return to the 'murder house', as promised. Well done!

This is probably the best evidence I've seen of the paranormal in a very long time. I was watching this with my fiancé, and as soon as those footsteps run at Ste, I looked at my fiancé and said "those are baby feet (as in child)!" I would've screamed too if I heard that runningup on me lol, but it definitely made my skin crawl after the app asked the question "Am I dead, father?" 😱. I don't know how you could explain this away entirely. Whatever is there seemed very intelligent, or this was the strangest string of coincidences I've ever seen. Wow! 😲

I saw that too. They couldn't see anyone though. I'm sure if someone had been moving about hiding from them there would have been much more noise. The battery on the torches kept draining too. Very spooky.
It took me a while to recognise the house until the second kitchen also. Outside it looks such a beautiful home, with stunning Edwardian architecture. I cannot wait for this, I’m so excited. Hoping you’re both well, and it’s lovely seeing you back together. Matt is a good third member too. ❤️♥️❤️

I've never seen or heard an invisible rat running down the hallway lol. Spirits stomp past me constantly in my apartment and it's most definitely not a rat. They are not heavy enough to shake my entire floor as it stomps past but awesome video and look forward to watching more.

I would like to know what that bang was while you were in the basement, the look on Ste's face said it all! I do wish people wernt so vile and would keep their bloody hands off of things, why trash the place?
