I think you should go to NYC. Be sure to check out the outer boroughs a bit too. Manhattan is gorgeous and all, but Queens is a foodie's paradise, Brooklyn is trendy, the Bronx has some amazing parks, and Staten Island is Staten Italy
Great video. It looks like a nice place to get back outside after the long shutdown. That said, it's my worst nightmare to have the water view blocked. One aspect of tranquility for me is seeing the beautiful water from my home along the Hudson. I'll visit out of curiosity.

We no longer have a mask mandate if you're vaccinated. NYC is great right now!

Think it has to do more with crowd control. I went online to check it out & when you reserve your time slot & "check out" it says $0 in it
No fee, free and you only need a ticket between 12-10pm. Mornings are open to all.
