I cannot thank you enough for these. I am a 19 year old college student, and you have made such a big impact on my life. I suffer from harm OCD as well. The onset was about a month ago. Before the onset, I loved traveling, but lately I have been so afraid. However, seeing your videos and how you have lived your life despite the struggle of OCD has made all the difference in mine. I really cannot thank you enough. I am so so grateful, and I look up to you so much!
I KNOWWW they're so cuuuute but now they're like little bratty teenagers instead of these little fluff balls, lol. We just have a bunch of "hobby chickens" as pets so we can get fresh eggs all the time! Our little ladies in the previous group are getting pretty old and aren't laying eggs anymore, so they're just chilling and living out their golden years in the coop. The babies in this video are easter eggers so they'll lay different colored eggs😍

I have it too. For over 15 hrs. I’m 37 now. ERP works and not living your life on fear. It comes and goes but therapy is wonderful
