    That music and edit cuts sent me on a roller coaster ride, man. Very nice.

      Thank you! Glad it worked. It was 2.5 hours footage from one angle without any audio, so I did my best to juice things up.

    Bro, I have a qualifying championship for 8 ball classic Las Vegas to play tomorrow, I'm watching this video and taking it as inspiration for tomorrow, I'm going to play calm, keep myself focused and clean mind. Congratulations you play very well, you have a very advanced view of the game... I've been playing billiards for only 2 years and I'm already level 5 APA and fargo 427 (I don't play a lot of tournament in FargoRate)

      Thanks, man! People watching my videos for inspiration - I'm flattered. Sound like you've had an awesome progress. I could be interested in working with a player like you, f.ex. video review to post on my channel (free of course), so if you're interested, hit me up (e-mail in the channel description). Anyway! Good luck on the qualifier, bro!

      @@PoolProblems I don't even know how to tell you this but it worked really well!
      I'll tell you how it was from the beginning. I won the first qualifier in my city, which was worth a guaranteed spot in the APA regionals, which in this case would be today at 8:30am in Lakeland, but I live in Fort Myers so I drove there yesterday for 2:30 and booked a hotel room and today I was fine early there and well rested.
      I started losing my first match 5-3 (the opponent is a level 6 but before he was a 5 but he still played in the same bracket as me)
      p.s: I'm level 5 so I need 4 games to win.
      p.s: the first rack against level 6 I did a
      break and run and got a patch for that.
      I fell to the loser bracket and the historic comeback began haha.
      Second match I won 4-2.
      Third match I won 4-4 (another level 6 opponent he started taking a 4-1 lead he was on the hill and very calm and I was anxious so I took a deep breath, cleared my mind and managed to win 3 games in a row.
      p.s: I made a lot of safe shots to win these games.
      Fourth match I won 4-2 (not to mention)
      Fifth match I played against the first level 6 opponent who defeated me 5-3 but this time I won 4-2.
      Sixth match was the final I won 4-2.
      p.s: lots of safe shots made by both. My opponent is my friend and plays in the same league as me. The championship ended at 11:30pm, a total of 15:30horas, was tiring day but the experience was totally worth it and I was guaranteed a spot to play in the 8 Classic APA in Las Vegas, a 3-day championship, I won a flight, accommodation and $200. 8classic will be on May 1, 2, 3, so I have time to continue evolving, after today I'm very confident.
      Thank you very much for the tips, and I wanted to send you photos of the trophy and patch I won just so you don't think this is a fanfic hahaha (p.s: but I don't have social media, I use WhatsApp to chat or maybe email.
      p.s on Facebook “Lee county APA”probably posted some photos there.
      And even tired I still drove another 2:30 hours back to my city, a tiring day but that was worth 3 days in Las Vegas haha, I'm really happy
      End 😃

    wow, that was really nice. how many bnr or 8br did you have? do you typically run out like this or were you just on fire?

    • @PoolProblems
      @PoolProblems  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It was 4 break and runs, and that's way above my average. If I can do one break and run in a high level tournament game, I'm happy. I was really in the zone that day. In the first game of that tournament I beat another top 32 player - and it was really the first time I've beat a player of that caliber. So it made me believe I could beat other good players as well. I was very nervous - shaking etc, but still it went really well. To be honest I think my opponent underestimated me. I remember he looked really careless in his warm up rack.

    Excellent match. Great music choice. You play very well. What’s your Fargo? I would assume between 675 -725. Either way congrats on the big win and thanks for the pointers.

      Thank you! No, I'm definitely not that high. There aren't many players around me with fargo ratings, but i actually got a hit on fairmatch.fargo on my name, and it says 585 (665 robustness). I don't know if it's valid or not. What do you think? I don't play alot of tournaments. I see the best players in Norway are around 720-750. They play tournaments in the US, matchroom, eurotour osv, so they probably have valid ratings. I have no chance against them, even on a good day.

    • @2200pathfinder
      @2200pathfinder 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You are every bit of a 585 and the 665 says your established. You shoot very well and congrats. Hope to get there myself. My mental game with focus is my problem. This video may help my issue. @@PoolProblems

      @@charlesc4925 We have a separate leauge system in Norway, without handicap, but divided in three divisions. I did find I was registered with a fargo rating though, but I don't know what it's based on. It says 585.

      @@PoolProblems 585 is good, you're likely much higher ranked but don't get many opportunities to increase the fargo rating. You're definitely over 600, which is only top 2% of players already

    One if you almost beat this pool monster your not an average player, two it looks like you had multiple run outs...that not average, three your stoke and aiming is great...your not average at pool..if I had to guess I would guess you have been playing off and on for a number of years because you THINK you are average player.
