Large bald eagle (female) eating a live fish (2lb pike minnow)

This is Spot's mate, Clare. She just caught this pike minnow in the fog on the lake, flew to a perch (purple martin bird house), and started eating while the fish was still alive. In fact the fish was still wiggling it's tail half way through her meal. It took her 20 minutes to finish off that fish, she must have been quite full afterwards, took a long rest before flying off.
